I just wish there was a hardcopy somewhere…I have the Kindle and would like to have the paper book for study. I’m 80 years old and studying Calc and higher math because it’s interesting. This author is amazing.

A Textbook of Higher Mathematics is an introduction to the ideas and concepts of Calculus. I don’t know what edition this is, but the book does have a table of contents.
The book has several hints that reveal its age. For example, the book is British. It was probably written before 1971, but I don’t know when the UK decided to change their money system from pounds and farthings to decimals.
