I don’t know if this will help anyone else with deciding if this is the right choice, but I’m 5′ 9″ with a 33″ inch inseam. So long legs and pretty tall in general. The internal frame is a good fit for my height and to me that’s more important than anything else. I’ve found that if it doesn’t fit right, it doesn’t matter what it can carry or how many features it has. That said, I love this bag. I’ve had about 3 internal frame backpacks and they’re all pretty old. So maybe this is something new to me, but OMG! the Front U Pocket access to the main compartment is a game changer for me. All my packs were top loading with drawstrings and I practically had to empty my bag to get to something no matter how mindfully I packed. If this is a standard thing now, I’m sorry. It’s been a long time since I bought a new pack. Also, it has a bladder hook. I’ve used my hydration bladder with other packs, but this was intentionally designed to serve this purpose. There are so many attachment spots. I haven’t done any overnight hiking/camping in a long time, but just unpacking and scoping out the pack has me yearning to head out into the woods. It’s going to get it’s first use starting tomorrow. I’m taking a 3 week trip. I’m confident it will survive without any problems, but if I encounter any, I’ll be sure to update this review and include photos.

This backpack was recommended as an Amazon’s Choice – #1 in “New Releases” for “Internal Frame Backpacks.” I took a chance on a barely-reviewed product because of that classification, but this pack has no frame. I’m unable to use a frameless pack of this size, so it’s being returned. Aside from the significant error in Amazon’s recommendations, the pack looks OK. I can’t review its sturdiness or packability. The rain cover arrived loose in the bag, not packed in a pocket.

So much pack for so little money.

This is an incredible pack. First of all, it’s huge, but it’s light… and it’s fairly durable. Second… well, let me go down the list…

I LOVE the color. That blue is so pretty.

Front access to the interior of the pack is a wonderful idea. Beats bottom access every time. It also has a built-in waterproof pouch. And, speaking of bottom access, there isn’t any. That’s what the front access is for. However, there is an enormous bottom pouch. It goes deep. You could fit a pair of boots in there. Excellent design.

The double-sided top pouch is removable, just like on my old Lowero.

The shoulder straps aren’t very thick, but they are comfortable. They are also reinforced at the top of the pack… as they should be.

The hip support has even less padding, but it has zippered pockets. Do the pockets make up for the thin padding? No. I think the hip belt needs to be twice as thick, and you can still have the pockets.

The clips are incredibly light and are made from a plastic material that seems fairly strong. No brittle plastic that might break.

The rain cover has a velcro strap keeping it attached to the pack so you don’t lose it. It tucks into its own pocket on the bottom of the bag. It’s also as bright an orange as you can get. Great if you get lost. Not great if you’re… well, undercover. 😉
