I bought this printer for my small business and unfortunately, the label somehow got stuck in the printer and I could not it it out. I ended up finally pulling it out, leaving a tiny bit still stuck in the printer and it ruined the whole printer it could not come out and the printer did not work the same. I only had it a few months.

I’m actually really impressed with this for the price. Because it was so much cheaper than similar printers of different brands I was a bit skeptical but it works exactly as I hoped and it makes good labels. I feel like the print quality varies by label which feels more like the labels fault than the printer. Love the color and setup was easy. It fits great on my desk and is portable which is also very nice. You will need to use your own programs/software to create labels. Both gimp and canva have worked well for me and you can find free templates all over Google or buy some on etsy if you don’t want to make your own designs.

Printer is amazing! I love it so far and find it easier to print labels this way than the old fashioned way. It is also one of my favorite colors (pastel pink). I had also got it with a decent deal, but is worth the money. It prints faster than a regular printer.

This printer works really well from a desktop computer. It prints fast and high quality. Intallation was easy. But if you want to print from an iPad or iPhone, understand that you will be clicking a LOT to get the label to print. It’s not that it’s hard to do or complicated, but it’s just a looooot of steps. You cannot print a PDF from a browser to a Bluetooth printer in iOS. That just doesn’t work unless you are printing to an AirPrint-capable printer, which this is not. So, you have to prep your label in whatever service you’re using, download it as a PDF, save it to your files on your phone or iPad, open the Jadens app, open the file browser within that app, find that file in your list of saved files, load the file into your list of available items to print, select that specific label from the list, then you can finally print. If the orientation of the PDF isn’t correct, you’ll also need to add in a step for rotating the label. Again, I really like the speed and quality of this printer, but I absolutely hate the way it works within iOS. I don’t know how much more it would have cost to be AirPrint compatible, but I would have definitely paid more for that!

Had a no name printer for a year that I LOVED. Had to get a new one because when I got a new phone, it told me the only app that ever worked for it was no longer available. After a brief cry, I went for a “name brand” one. The jadens app never worked with it, neither did shipping printer. Then I found shipping printer pro and it worked and i printed 2 labels and jumped for joy. Figured I was all set with my new fancy pink name brand printer. Next time I go to use it, no app would find it. I spent hourrrrrrssss. I called the 833 customer service number like 5 times and was prompted to leave a voicemail each time. I finally did and never received a call back (shocker!). Then I emailed them and got one single response back of “make sure the printer is not linking to anything else blue tooth” I responded “it’s just my phone and printer in the room, there’s nothing else for it to link to.” Well, they never responded ever again after that. THEN I reached out on WhatsApp…. The person tried to trouble shoot with me at least but the. Said he couldn’t help me and had to escalate to IT. I waited a full 24 hours and never heard back. Mind you, in the mean time I had to go print paper labels with tape bc I had no printer! I finally quit after 2 full days of trying and returned it and bought another no name printer, I’ll probably have better luck if past experience tells me anything! How does your OWN APP not find your printer? SMH.

Fast delivery, item exactly as pictured. Someone got it all ready for me to use and said it was easy to set up. Very easy to enable for my Etsy shop, labels straight to printer. For Amazon Handmade you have to install something from their site first. If you wish to print labels straight to printer, it annoyingly uses 2 labels as it keeps printing the packing slip, however if you choose to save to PDF instead you can then print just the shipping label. This is the only drawback to using this and is probably a site issue rather than anything to do with the ptinter. It comes with some free fan fold labels, and is also compatible with labels on a roll which seem to be cheaper. For ease of use it is best to buy a label roll holder, these are also available here from around £8+. Pleased with purchase all in all and would recommend this printer as good value compared with other brands.
