Nice suit. However, I bought size 12 for my 10 year old and its much too small. I contacted to return but have not heard back. Hoping its not going to be an issue

I got this for my 5 year old. It’s really cute. And the size is perfect for her. The price was great!

Nice fit, vibrant colors, great for a girl who doesn’t love pinks.

I bought this for my Granddaughter for her birthday. She loves it and commented on how good it fit..

I purchased this for my daughter because she was growing out of her old swimsuit, and we are usually at a swimming pool once a week now doing one of her brother’s public therapy modules. She loves to go to the pool, so I always make sure this is a module we do with her, so a comfortably fitting swimsuit is a must. She thought this one was really pretty, so it is the one we ordered.

So, it definitely fits her as it should. I would like to note, however, if you have a daughter who has breasts developing, this is very low cut and doesn’t have any cup room in it at all. They or you may end up feeling uncomfortable with how much shows in that event. For right now, we are in the free and clear when it comes to that, but it’s something that we may have to keep an eye on. It is not part of my rating, but an FYI for you.

What is part of my rating is the thread quality. I would like to draw your attention to the picture I put up, which was taken before she ever wore it into a pool or for anything other then trying it on to make sure it fit. Notice how you can see the individual thread fibers and it looks like unspun filaments? What this means in practical terms is that this thread is going to rip apart easier, and it’s not going to last as long or be especially durable. Right now, we’re going to the pool once a week. I expect we will probably make it through the next three months or so, at which point the lower cut nature of the top may require us to replace it anyways. I looked at the thread after today’s outing, and it was a bit more gummed up, but so far none of the threads have actually broken, but I’m fairly certain based on what I’ve seen this type of thread do in the past we can expect it to happen. I have a swimsuit that used this type of thread that had thread breakage after my first wear. So, as a consumer, I would urge this company to actually spend a few extra cents and go with a higher quality thread.

As a reviewer, I’m giving you a heads up that this may not have the durability you want or need. I would also like to mention that the seams don’t have careful backstitching on the swimsuit we purchased and received. Backstitching is the process that locks seam ends into place and keeps them from unraveling. It’s been done on her suit, but unfortunately I have to report that it was not done well, there are only one or two stitches that actually overlap, so I also expect I will need to repair seams for that reason as well before we’re ready to replace it thanks to mother nature.

Otherwise, the print is very pretty and striking, and she’s really happy with it and loves the colors. But FYI on the other points…if you rarely go into the pool, these things may not be concerns for you.

My grand daughter is very tall for her age and is also very slim. Finding clothes to fit her is quite a problem but this bathing suit fit perfectly. Both she and I were very pleased with it.
