I like that I can use my plastic K-cup to use my own coffee. One of the few that will let you.

The taste is good, not great but good.
Filling the reservoir is a real pain. The lid must be removed then set it down somewhere, fill the reservoir then put the lid back on. My last Keurig had a hinged lid which was perfect.
There are many buttons on this unit and you need to be careful which to push. The sizes are unmarked as to exactly the amount of water that will be dispensed. They have a pic of different sizes of coffee cups which does nothing to inform you of the actual ounces. You must read the manual and remember which size cup represents the amount of water you wish to dispense.
My previous unit had “favorites”. Program it, then push one button every time.
Keurig stopped making my previous model and this is the replacement? Even with the old unit leaks, the old Keurig is superior to this unit.

Makes a great cup of coffee. Can do hot water for tea and cold water for Ice coffee. A stron botton if you want your coffee stronger.

Wow really impressed I had the 2.0 keurig for many years and loved it but wouldn’t puncture the bottom of pod anymore for some reason so had to replace I decided on this one and works as expected like the ice coffee or tea button had that on the other one like the sleep mode on maker when you push on button starts up easy to operate just push size cup you want add pod & extra strong if you want and it’s ready to do it’s thing so far no issues only thing I wished about it water compartment was opposite side my old one was around the back this is on the left but I don’t lift it off each time to fill I have a tea kettle I use to fill much easier just pour in water front of compartment is not clear as you can see so have to watch don’t over fill but I did the same before so I’m used to that .When you remove the tray you put your cup on while brewing there’s a cup indentation where to put your to go cup haven’t used that yet but looks like I’m going to really like this one also has a clock which old one did not haven’t used the temperature of coffee yet it’s right temperature for me but you can add or subtract temperature to your likeness came with samples of coffee and my K-cup so you can brew your own ground coffee I would recommend it’s a bit pricey but if I get many years from this as I’m hoping it would be money well spent 👍

Bought one for each of my kids and they loved it so I bought myself one. Easy to use and has a rich flavor more than what I was getting from a coffee pot. Not wasting an entire pot with coffee I’m not drinking. Love it.
