This is SO beneficial if you have multiple children or even one. It can do individual profiles for each family member, show you the illnesses that are going around in your location, and give you recommendations based on your symptoms. It’s a bit pricier of the other options but it is definitely beyond worth it if you have trouble keeping tabs on everyone while they’re under the weather!!

So easy to use! The app is amazing and will ask questions and tell you info if your child is sick! I love that i can assign temps so if my husband or i get sick we can get info for ourselves as well. Amazing product!

Nice hardware.
I tried writing to customer support. I immediately got a reply saying they would answer in 24 hours. A day later I was told it would take them 48 hours. Another day and they claimed to be replying “soon”. It’s been weeks now with no reply.

I have 2 kids, one infant & the other in kindergarten. This thermonitor has an app that tracks EVERYTHING! It lets you select what symptoms you are experiencing, when you are given meds & what dosage, you can also make notes of needed. Other features it has is if you should contact your doctors office or go to the ER. It gives you home remedy suggestions too. It will also tell you illness risks in your area (when you enter your zipcode). My son had an ear infection that happened over night and this documented everything I needed for the doctor the next day. Such a great product!! 10/10 recommend, especially for all the moms out there!

I got this thermometer for my new baby and it is very easy to use and the app syncs right to your phone to keep a log of each family member. I love that it is quick reading and can be done right over babies forehead. I wanted the rectal one they have but they were not in stock, this does just fine.

I purchased this after my 15 month old daughter had a seizure that was triggered by a fever to make sure we had a good and easy thermometer to use to ensure we catch issues quickly and easily.
I’ll start off saying that the glowing reviews for this product are copy and pasted across the web. First red flag.
Recently my daughter was grumpy and felt a little warm, so we used this to check her temperature. Had a normal temp of 98.4-ish. she had another seizure, which clearly freaked us out. Took care of her with our pediatrician, purchased two new thermometers at Walmart on the way home. My daughter still had a fever and though this was reading 98.6, the other two thermometers read over 102.
We could have possibly avoided a second fever induced seizure had this actually been a halfway decent product. It does not work, it shouldn’t be advertised as FDA anything, and all the fake reviews on this site that say it’s accurate need to go away.
Shame on kinsa for releasing such a terrible, misleading product.

The thermometer is amazing!! It’s super easy & quick to set up & sync to your phone, it also sync with my Apple Watch. It lets you add as many people as you would like, I was able to add myself & 4 family members. It shows you what illnesses are in your area & high of a risk it is (none, moderate, critical etc) I played around with it & put in false symptoms and it gave me a reading and informed me to call my doctor and get checked because symptoms resembled Strept throat. It gave me home remedies, I am able to keep track of medications taken and times, it lets you set alerts for when to take medications. It also adjusts to age. It’s awesome.

I had an earlier Kinsa under-the-tongue thermometer and really loved the simplicity of getting data into Apple Health. When I went looking for a forehead version, I looked first to Kinsa and found this. Definitely worthwhile if you want a data trail of the quantified self.
