Updated review: Responsive customer service. Initially equipment was great. Starting leaking oil after 5 months. More resistance than most folks need. Item replaced. New one works perfectly.

Got six months and two weeks of use out of it before it started leaking a clear hydraulic oil from the dial that adjusts the pressure. Worked really well until today. Great idea, but need something more dependable. The only other problem I observed is that some of the nuts were a bit loose and continued to loosen over time, but that was easily fixed.

Originally I though it would be too hard to use. I am a girl. Very fit slim, 63 years old. Seemed it was for guys. But pleasantly surprised that, I a girl, can use it too. It is not too hard. It is a good challenge. It has a lot of adjustments. You can make it easy, medium, medium hard, hard. I got it for me. My husband likes its too. Nice quality. Works well for arms, shoulders and chest for me.
