Just got mine. The unit seems to be solidly built and hefty, works well and sounds good.
Cannot use USB to transfer files on Mac, the driver they give you is an .exec file. Does not work on my Mac, OS10.14.6.
Also there is NO battery. You must use a power adapter (not included.)
All of the tracks you record must be the same length as the first track (or shorter.)
I’m hoping to figure out work-arounds for these issues, as I do like the thing. – I think.
I do have a question submitted to their email tech support, but they are “On vacation” for a few days…
    I’m still hopeful…

Update: I heard back from Tech Support, they sent me a .rar file for my Mac, telling me it’s a zip file. (It’s not). – I learned that I can open a .rar file on my Mac with a free app named TheUnarchiver. It’s in the Mac App Store. It did open it and it seems to work fine. Okay, I’ll give it another star…

nice pedal but keep in mind that the loop length is fixed by 1st loop you created. The overdubs should be of exact same lengths as the first loop

The good folks at Lekato sent me this pedal to review after seeing my other reviews here on Amazon. So here are my thoughts.

This pedal was a nice addition to my pedalboard. It’s well-built, solid metal construction. Nothing feels cheap. The VOLUME KNOB has a nice feel and works well.

The fact that this looper pedal has an ONBOARD TUNER is handy because it eliminates the need for an extra pedal on your board. Multi-function pedals are great for that. The tuner is easy to switch on and off as well: just press the two arrow buttons and you’re good to go. Press them again to exit tuner.

Lastly, I love the fact that it has up to 9 SLOTS AVAILABLE for additional loops. This is gre2at for when I have idea after idea and don’t want to delete/overwrite the loops I’ve already created. And, as a special bonus, you can TRANSFER YOUR LOOPS to your computer via the included USB cable when you’ve run out of slots to save for future songs!

If I were to use one word to describe the Lekato Loop Station Mini Looper Pedal it would be PRACTICAL. This pedal doesn’t include gimmicky functions that get in the way like some other looper pedals I’ve tried (though I admit, I do like such features). It doesn’t need them. You’ll get plenty of mileage out of this pedal and increase your sills as you make this pedal a regular part of your practice routine.

I bought this as a looper, and it does that. It loops pretty well, though the multi-loop function can be a little fiddly to use the small buttons the great LED display more than compensates for it. The overall fit and finish is nice too, and it looks better than the pictures in real life.

The surprise/bonus was how good the tuner is. This is now my go-to tuner. It seems like everything has a tuner stuffed into it now, but often they’re not very good, but this one is good.

In use, this shows status by animating the many LEDs, and it’s quite intuitive. The loop selection display is also large and easy to see.

I would buy this brand again, or even another of this same pedal because you can never have too many loopers. I see they make a cheaper one with less memory. That’s probably fine, as the massive capacity on this is verging on overkill.

You can also use this to record, but I never tried it. If I do, I will update the review.

This is a fun little pedal. Obviously it doesn’t have all the things the expensive ones have but it’s still a lot of fun. There’s only one button that does everything (record, start/stop, erase last track, erase all) so it’s not overly confusing. The lights really help to see when your loop is ending so you know when to start your next one. We have used it with a digital piano and guitar and it works great. I would 100% recommended this pedal for anyone who wants to give looping a try.

Bought this as my first looper two years ago, and even though I’ve upgraded since, I still use it! Up to 10 minutes per loop, unlimited overdubs, 40 minutes of overall time, recording at 24 bits, and 9 loops….you’d still be challenged to find something that beats these features at this price, imho. It’s also nice and hefty/sturdy for it’s size.

Pros: I’ve never hit the time limit for total time, or for each loop, so it doesn’t feel restrictive or limiting (beyond, of course, having 9 loops max…). It’s also easier to move the .wav files over to your computer hard drive than with other loopers (no burdensome additional software needed- just click and drag). The controls are also straightforward and intuitive. Also, there’s a tuner built in! Just press and hold the selector buttons simultaneously and voila- you’re in tuner mode. The small size and tuner built-in also make it great for traveling, and is an easy addition to a micro pedal board. And lastly, the LEDs that circle the loop number display show you where you are in the loop, which is SO helpful when building loops. I find that it helps to have a visual to orient me- especially when getting to the end of a longer loop that’s a few minutes long.

Cons: The lights that show you where you are in the loop are bright as hell! I cut-up some blue painters’ tape and put it over the screen so it isn’t so intense, and it’s a lot easier on the eyes. Also, the sound quality isn’t QUITE as good as some of the comparable but more expensive loopers (the Ditto+, which I also own), but it’s pretty close, and honestly has a bit of a “lo-fi” charm if anything- or maybe that’s just my style- it’s hard to tell.

10/10 recommend picking this up if you’re looking for something simple.

Can’t beat the price. Solid construction. Super ease of use. Good instructions. Good packaging and great for travel. Looks cool and does the trick. More expensive ones; you get what you pay for. sure. but if what you need is just easy peezy loops, and lots of em, i highly recommend this. Delivered quick and right out the box its good to go. (except the 9V wall adapter) You still need that. But that’s an easy grab….
Folks probably know this, but gentle reminder. Get the proper one required for this pedal. Its nothing exotic, but worth mindful attention so the loops get started for ya and can go on and on and on!!! 😀

Written instructions were a bit confusing, watched a you tube video and all made sense. Very easy to use after that. Great looper for the price, just what I needed.

The build quality is great and sounds fantastic. There’s not to much to say about it. Everything feels solid. It’s really easy to understand and use. It’s intuitive to control. The switch is solid and delivers a satisfying click. The knobs are rugged and smooth and the buttons are easy to use. The screen is clear and super easy to see. The sound quality is great, very clear. You can overdub endlessly and the sound quality never changes. It holds 9 loops and up to 40 minutes of record time divide any way. The USB connection is a really fantastic addition to any delay pedal. Being able to save loops and create loops in a DAW and load them into the pedal is brilliant. It’s so easy. It records them to WAV from the pedal. I’m not sure what formats it will play in it, but WAV is fine with me.

It’s a solid pedal, easy to use and sounds great. It’s a great value, you get a lot for the price point. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a delay, and absolutely recommened it to friends. I also purchased a Lekato mini amp and love it, Lekato is now a name I trust.
