** Verpackung und Versand **
Die Pumpe kommt auf einer Pappe und in Folie verpackt. Bei dieser Variante ist keine CO2 Kartusche dabei, jedoch der Kälteschutz für die Finger.
** Verarbeitung **
Die Verarbeitung ist hervorragend. Das Ventil lässt sich leicht bedienen und das Gewinde ist hochwertig.
** Funktion **
Man kontrolliert, ob das Ventil geschlossen ist, Schraubt eine Kartusche dran und schon ist die Pumpe einsatzbereit. Sie wird einfach auf das Ventil am Fahrrad gesetzt und durch öffnen des Ventils an der Pumpe gehts auch schon los. Die Kartusche friert dabei außen an – unbedingt den Kälteschutz verwenden!
Ich habe es mit französischen Ventilen getestet, es soll aber auch auf Autoventilen funktionieren.

Would like an “open” and “close” with an arrow instead of a round teardrop symbol. Pictures are worth a thousand words, and several of those I can’t repeat here after unknowingly having the inflator wide open when I was threading a canister on. Life lesson learned, I guess. Carry two canisters because you’re likely to botch the first one.

Lezyne makes good stuff, and this inflator is no exception. It’s tiny and lightweight at less than 30 grams, but it features an easy to use rotary control valve to regulate delivery. This is an important feature, as I like to add just a few pounds of pressure initially, check that the tire is properly seated on the rim, then open the valve fully to quickly inflate the tire.
The valve head seals easily over a presta valve, no leakage. This is the one to buy.

I’ve had other inflators in the past, but this is the best one I’ve had. I bought 2 just in case I lose the rubber O ring, but this is the best product for the job. I highly recommend buying this for your saddle bag. Dont leave home without it!

These are nice enough that I now have three of them in the permanent tool paks on my three commuter bikes. They are a little more expensive than some other well-rated inflators, but the Lezyne inflator hjas worked well for me on the side of the road when I needed it most, and I am not willing to save five bucks and find out in the field I shouldn’t have cheaped out. The small extra expense is not worth worrying about in the face of the reliability I have seen so far from these.
I like the fact these use a dial and not a lever. It is a lot harder to snag a dial on something and perhaps bend it out of whack. Makes this inflator just a tad more idiotproof and survivable.

simple small size to carry and works really well on all the presta valves. Works on valve extenders if you are careful and hold it on right, came with foam lip on to keep hands from freezing

Absolute best bit is the controllable valve. fits on the valve really well, you can screw your canister in with the valve shut and then open the valve to let the gas inflate the tyre. The control is very welcome! It’s small and fits in your pack.
Don’t forget Co2 canisters, none included woith the head. Also, the sleeves for them! when the canisters dispense the gas they get REALLY cold you need to buy the little sleeves for them to be able to hold them whilst filling your tyre . you get one free in the pack

Unfortunately, I didn’t test it while I received the product and today when I had a puncture and I wanted to inflate my tire, I attacked the co2 lezyne inflator to my co2 cartridge, OMG Leakage was everywhere although I closed its valve I ran out of my 3 cartridges which I had and couldn’t inflate my tire .
. Piece of junk . . Dont recommend this product ..

I bought two of these to replace another popular plastic brand that literally exploded in my hand. So far am very pleased. Full aluminum construction should make them safe and the rotating knob gas release allows for controlled filling of bike tires in my test. My order came from Outdoor Sport Equipment and while it did not include a 16oz. cylinder it did include the sleeve that goes around the cylinder to protect your hands.
