I’ve used this numerous times now and it has worked flawlessly. Only minor downside is that I wish somehow it could be a little smaller, but it fits in my bag and is lightweight.

Manchmal hat man eben Pech. Reifenpanne auf einem schlammigen Waldweg bei Regen und Kälte. Zumindest habe ich es mir erspart, bei dieser Schlammschlacht auch noch mühsam den Reifen mit einer Mini-Pumpe händisch aufzupumpen. Ventilkopf zudrehen, Kartusche anschrauben, Ventilkopf ans Reifenventil schrauben, Ventilkopf aufdrehen, und der Reifen ist wieder stramm gefüllt. Und das ganze Ding ist so klein, dass es in jede Satteltasche passt. Man muss natürlich beachten, dass sich CO₂ recht schnell wieder aus dem Reifen verflüchtigt. Man muss ihn also bei nächster Gelegenheit auslassen, und dann frisch mit Luft aufpumpen.
Ein sehr empfehlenswerter Begleiter für jeden Radfahrer.
Ach ja, Kartusche ordnungsgemäß entsorgen, nicht einfach den Müll in der Natur liegen lassen.

The control knob is great adjusting the flow of CO2 from a trickle to full blast. I find the rotary knob easy to use with one hand while the other hand holds the unthreaded press on nozzle in place. For me this is easier to control than the rotary lever type or the ones where you twist the cartridge for control.

I read all the reviews and noted some concerns about reliability. I tested mine with a spare tube to be sure everything worked. It did!!! I like the variable speed fill, it’s much better than the trigger valves.
I did run into one issue that another person reported. It didn’t seem to have enough pressure. I realized that I needed to screw the valve on to the CO2 tank further…and…bam! I had all the pressure I needed.
I like the reusable cloth sleeve. It makes handling a cold CO2 cartridge easier.

Okay….I think I’ve finally found a lightweight and small CO2 inflator that I love!!. I’ve gone through approximately six different inflators (several different brands) over the past 3-4 years. This one seemed like a quality product from the minute I pulled it out of it’s packaging. It even looks really cool. My biggest problem with the lightweight inflators that I have been getting is that they don’t seem to puncture the cartridges fully or they puncture them okay the first time or two and then they stop puncturing the cartridge altogether. That hasn’t happened with this one (yet) – I’ve used it about 4-5 times and it seems to work really well. It’s got a really precise adjustable knob that allows to meter how much air is put into the tire/tube – it is easy to use and works better than I thought it would. Overall I am super happy with this inflator
