I’m coming from a Bontrager air rush regulator….it would never fill the tube up completely because co2 was always blowing out the nozzle. It had issues from day 1. I got this and used it today on my first flat since i got it and Im in awe how awesome it it. It seals around the presta valve and u just press down on the trigger and fill to your desire….NO co2 get wasted with this, it just all goes in the tube where it belongs. excellent product

Verarbeitung ist super, alles Metall, kein Plastik. Ist dicht und funktioniert perfekt. Leicht und klein ist das System auch noch. ABER (und dafür kann die Pumpe nichts, sondern die Schreiber der Produktbeschreibung): Sie ist nur für Presta-/Fahrradventil geeignet, NICHT für Schrader/Auto.

After my last CO2 inflator (which gave me nothing but trouble) literally blew up on the side of the road, I decided to give this one a try.
It seems well made – no bolts or screws to come loose, like my last one.
Best of all, it works! It’s already come in handy for two flats while commuting on my road bike in the dark. It’s fast and easy to use. I’ve been able to get back on the road quickly without a bunch of fumbling around or resorting to the call of shame.

Not much to cover here. This is super slim so it fits well in your mech kit and works perfectly for regulating CO2 while not getting stuck on the presta valve. Best I’ve seen for road kit.

I was eager to receive this item from this company that otherwise makes excellent high-end cycling products. I liked the concept of threading on to the bottle AND the tube, thereby reducing the risk of losing precious CO2 while out on the road.
And it did work nicely in that regard. However what I found was that the check valve in this inflator did not allow all the CO2 to enter the tube. It filled my tires (700 x 23) to 15 psi less than other inflators, and the rest of the gas remained in the cartridge, so that there was a big rush of gas when I removed the cartridge from the inflator.
So I keep this unit on my second bike and the one linked below on my primary bike (De Rosa Idol):

I plan to take my issue to the Lezyne customer service since this may be a defective unit and not really representative of the product. I will report back with the results of that enterprise.

Two weeks later, no courtesy of an answer to my message to Lezyme customer service. But this weekend I had opportunity to use this inflator in the field. Got a flat up on PV Drive West. It works really nicely. It does hold some pressure back in the bottle more than other brands, but my tire was sufficiently inflated and I went on to do my interval training route up Forestall Drive and eventually up the intimidating Ganado, and then Crest Road to the top of San Pedro Hill.
I’m upping my star rating.
One female reviewer noted that the triggering spring is strong and hard for a woman to activate. I see what she means, the trigger is for strong hands.

I bought this push on type inflator after twice having my threaded valve core come out using the thread on type inflator. It’s quicker to get on and off.
