High quality and a perfect fit for my 2002 Mercedes SL500. I’d recently bought a Mercedes oil filter assembly (I was concerned that the plastic on the original was going the way of all old plastic) and it came with a Mercedes branded filter. It was identical to this Mann filter with the ONLY exception being the Mercedes branding embossed on the filter. I also had a filter made by another reputable manufacturer, Hengst; the difference between them was day and night. The Mann/Mercedes filter is much more substantial and robust. It is heavier and is reinforced around the (sturdier) paper filter material…a value added feature lacking in the Hengst filter.
I don’t know how much of a price difference there is between the two but it can’t be much…the Hengst filter may even cost more, you never know until you look it up BUT I digress…if you want to use the best filter available in your car this IS the one. If it’s good enough for a stickler brand like Mercedes (they ARE the OEM) it’s good enough for me, and should be good enough for you as well.

I am happy to be able to get the “Genuine” oil filter for my 2008 Mercedes Benz E-350 V-6 with 167,320 miles on it and my engine runs as “COOL as a Cucumber” meaning it runs just fine !!! I always use Mobil One oil and also add one Quart of “DURA-LUBE” for just that little bit of extra protection !!! Which has gotten me 25 miles per gallon on highway driving at times !!! Of course, I change my oil myself every time !! Nothing too difficult for a 76+1/2 year old guy to crawl underneath an get it done !!! Nice filter and all the needed O-rings for a complete job !!! SLK R171のV6エンジンM272系のエンジンオイルフィルターはマンフィルターですと HU718/5X になります、フィルターは特に問題ありません ゴムパッキンも問題なく使えます
使用するパッキンは 一番大きいのが１個 二番目に大きいのが２個 他の小さいのは使いませんが M272ではこの小さいOリングが他の部分でも一時的なら使用可能なんです 捨てる方が殆どですがね
エレメントケースを外す場合のレンチは14角の74ｍｍレンチです 締め付けトルクは25
マンフィルターは特に問題の無いフィルターで 多くの方が使っています。
