Over all it pretty sweet. Takes some time to set up and dial in to meet performance expectations. It doesn’t run well out of the box and no instructions to tell you how. Solid and smooth once dialed in. Excellent performance for this price.

Muy buen doble pedal. Es muy práctico. Los tensores funcionan muy bien. El peso para los baquetones está muy bien. Los pedales responden muy bien y la funda es práctica.

This pedal is the first Double Bass pedal I’ve purchased, as I played on a standard single pedal before it broke on me. On first look, the overall construction of the pedal is amazing, with solid metal bases, and rigid metal posts. This thing could take many hours a day’s worth of practice no problem. The only thing I noticed was that the slave pedal was making a funny noise when pressed down, and it was something to do with the spring tension I think. Whilst there are more renowned pedals out there (Tama’s Iron Cobra series, DW’s various pedals) that are recommended by many of the world’s best drummers, from a beginner’s point of view, i.e. mine, this pedal is a very good quality, and would be ideal for any beginner making a first upgrade to a new Double Pedal. Easy to piece together, with a great build quality and housing some features demonstrated on the ‘top of the range’ pedals, this is a steal for the price. Easily the best beginner/intermediate Chain Drive Double Pedal at this price mark.

I’ve been using this pedal for about two months now, and I can’t seem to find anything wrong with it. Admittedly it’s my first double kick pedal. I’ve had many single pedals over the years, so I know the feel I like. This pedal was great right out of the box. I did very little tweaking and adjusting. It comes with two different weights to install in the beater, but I haven’t tried the heavier ones yet simply because the lighter ones that were installed when I got the pedal feel great. I’m still getting used to a double pedal after all these years of using a single, but my lack of skill with this pedal has nothing to do with its quality. I looked at pedals that cost a lot more than this one. Yes, some had heavier-duty parts and pieces, but I’m not a studio player or a concert performer. I play a few gigs a month in a cover/party band (plus rehearsal time) and this pedal is fine for me. Even the soft case that comes with it is pretty nice. I really don’t think this pedal can be beat for the price.

I have not played a double pedal in about two years but this one seems rather tight. Maybe I need to play with it more and I hope I can take more of the spring out. Its a decent pedal yes but not a fluid as I was hoping for.

Amazing value for the money. I’ve had these kick pedals for a few months and they’re still fast as a bootlegger and smooth as full fat grass fed butter. The darker appearance is great too, can’t have your kick pedal be the shiniest chrome on your kit. The fact that these came with optional beater weights and a nice carry bag is just icing on the cake. If you’re looking for a mid range double kick, this is the one!

There are better pedals out there for sure, but for the money they are great for big foot guys playing heavy music. Stand up well to punishment and I added some chain cams to the driveshaft about a year in for extra power at higher bpms.

Disclaimer: 1 gig and 3 total days with these pedals.

I can’t find a single thing wrong with these pedals compared to other pedals in this price range. Honestly I dont think you could find anything better until you’re paying 350 or more. Packaging is great, includes a soft case, easy assembly/disassembly, includes heavy duty drum key, different weights, good build quality, DOUBLE CHAINED, and 2 sided beaters.

It’s perfect D.P for Rock and Metal players. Rebound response too good. Adjustable and Beater weight is also changeable. Thanks Amazon for selling this product with various payment options.

LIke one of the other reviewers of this product, I had the same problem with the hoop clamp.

It simply would not stay connected to the bass drum. One stroke and it was over.

    I have returned the product.
