This product is great foe my desk at work! It holds everything I need and doesn’t take up too much space! I am a teacher and even my students noticed how awesome it is!!!

I got the 6 Tier File Organizer and The Desk Organizer Bundle, but the Desk Organizer arrived first, with The 6 Tier arriving 2 days later.
Thoughts:
1) I HATE putting stuff together* and both items were shipped flat…,
2) I was not impressed with the flimsy metal/mesh,
3) Some paint was rubbed away, and
4) It took some time to figure out what those 8 bits of rock-hard plastic were for (4 came with each item). They were not mentioned in either set of instructions. Well, they are FEET. All 8 feet are the exact same size, however, the metal to which you attach 4 on the 6-Tier are a perfect fit (just SNAP them on). But the wire to which the feet attach on the Organizer is wider than the opening on the feet. Cautiously opening up each foot, just a bit, with needle nose plyers got them on but, one slip, and I could have lost an eye or stabbed myself in the neck. A definite design flaw, unless they make wider feet for The Organizer.
Anyway, my “desk” is actually a double drop-leaf table with a shallow drawer. It’s the table at which I eat, in a small kitchenette off of my bedroom (a remnant from when the house was split into upstairs/downstairs apartments, see pics). I do a lot of business in this space and it was a meds. I REALLY needed to get all the stuff on the table organized, close by, but out of my way. These two pieces were a perfect solution. I absolutely LOVE having a place for everything and everything in its place. I even use those two little external demi lune bins for scissors, reading glasses and remote controls. As for the rubbed-away bits of paint, I don’t even notice. And if I did? A black permanent marker would work nicely.
*Btw, I bought the double drop leaf table years ago from a big-box Scandanavian furniture store where everything you get has to be assembled🤬. In case you’ve been eyeing that popular item, I’d recommend otherwise. That thing took SIX HOURS to assemble. That nightmare is the primary reason I hate assembling anything.

I ordered 2 of these. One came 90% constructed but did have packaging like it was new. The other came disassembled with the same type of packaging. I’m not sure why there is inconsistency, but if you receive the partially constructed one, good deal.
The second unassembled order was still not nearly as bad as some reviews indicated. For one, only one panel has support bars under it. You can also see the bars in the illustration but not well enough if you don’t look carefully. This would clearly be the top as it is weight bearing. The rest is common sense. The instructions were not as clear as they could be, true enough, but looking at the pieces it’s not really hard to figure out. I love puzzles though so that could be another reason it was simple.
All that to say, order the organizer lol. It’s not hard to construct at all and the quality feels very nice. The black one with 3 drawers came with support feet but the gold version did not. Luckily and strangely the black one included an extra set of feet so I put it on the gold as to protect the underlying surface.
They are a generous size without being a monstrosity. I was surprised how spacious the drawer compartments were on the gold one. The file part holds a good number of books and doesn’t warp the self.
I’m likely gonna order more for the house. Don’t be deterred by some reports- it only takes a couple of minutes to snap together and is very solid.

Fits great in my work space, holds a ton of stuff and was easy to set up. Seems like it will be plenty sturdy and last for quite awhile.

Difficult to assemble because the instructions are not clear on which is the first piece to assemble. Once I figured that out, the rest was easy. I’ve written notes and attached photos to help you not be frustrated!
There are 2 parts of the instruction that are confusing.
1) The instruction don’t clearly distinguish the difference between part “C” and part “D”. Both parts have “buckles” in the corners. Part “C” also has an extra lip along one of the long edges. (Circled in red in the photo.) The lip has 6 holes.
2) The other confusion is that the instruction are not clear which part goes on first. The first piece, which is the bottom of the tray, is part “D”. (Circled in blue in the picture.)
Related: When I first folded the frame (with the slats on the back facing INward, it would not fold at 90 degree angles. Once I snapped the shelves in place, the frame did straighten out. I mention this because it felt like the frame wanted to fold the opposite way (with the slots on the back facing OUTward). Those slats support the shelves, so they need to face INwards.
Other issues: There were a few manufacturing flaws. One flaw prevented the vertical dividers from being inserted all the way. (I broke off the excess black stuff, but it still wouldn’t insert.) I took a heavy-duty nail file and filed down the excess paint and then I was able to insert the divider in all the way. One of the shelves has a flaw that caused a sharp piece that would definitely hurt my hand or causes my items to snag. Again, I filed it down and it is no longer sharp. The other flaws are cosmetic and won’t be seen as much once the organizer is full, so I can live with them.
It took a bit of extra effort, but now that it is all assembled, I’m thinking it is going to work great. I was super happy to find a desk organizer with this configuration in white.

When I looked at the reviews, I almost did not order this item. The price was great. (I looked at other websites and the junk I found was three times as expensive.) The directions are a little hard to understand because the manufacturer does not label the pieces. You need to look at the pictures closely. It is sturdier than any plastic organizer. I am glad I ordered this organizer.
