I had a bottle before and it tasted funky and gross but then I saw you were supposed to refrigerate it. I hadn’t so I tossed it. I decided to give it another try and do it right this time and taste isn’t great but it’s not bad. The one thing that will make me keep buying is that I take it before bed and I sleep so much sounder at night. Cheers to a good nights sleep!

Just finished my 2nd bottle and wanted to show the AMAZING new growth. It’s easy to see because the new growth is a different color and shorter than my other hair. I am stunned and overjoyed with how well this product has helped! Now I just need to stop being lazy and dye it. Lol. This WORKS!!
I was losing weight, I noticed I was losing more hair than usual, to the point that I thought I’d need a wig in a couple months if I didn’t do something about it. Huge amounts of hair loss every time I brushed, and washed. Even if I just gave the end a extremely soft pull, I’d always come back with a bunch of hair. It was bad! I’m about to finish my 1st bottle and I am astonished at how quickly it worked. Not only did the hair stop coming out in large amounts, but I see a ton of new growth from the beginning of use. The taste is good, and isn’t chalky. I just got my second bottle. It’s worth every scent. It’s a wonderful product.
Since I am doing intermittent fasting and I don’t eat till evening, I was a little worried it would give me a bunch of energy, but I sleep like a rock, so don’t take the “liquid morning” part too literally. It is best to take it after eating, so your body starts to digest and assimilate it right away.
This WORKS so well. I know this is going to be something I take the rest of my life. Absolutely recommend!

i really think you need to take this for at least 3 months to see results so im only speaking on the upfront stuff, since ive only taken it for 2 weeks
first the price is definitely expensive, the smaller bottle is only 15 days worth, for the price it should definitely be a months supply and the bigger bottle being a 3 months supply, in my opinion that would be a better value
secondly the taste is gross, it smells like traditional b vitamins, and the peach/mango flavor is just nasty! i just shotgun it back and its over, i can take a sip of whatever and there is no aftertaste, so i mean its not THAT bad but its definitely not “tasty”
like i said i definitely think it needs at least 3 months to give an honest opinion, i bought it because i have hair thinning so im hoping that helps it, and the added b and d vitamins is nice
i do notice my skin looks a bit more glowy, im also taking collagen so i cant pinpoint it to the collagen or maryruth liquid, all i know is i havent changed my makeup or skincare and i do see a change in my face
hopefully i can update more after using it longer, i will continue to buy it because it is an easy supplement to take and it has what i was looking for, even though its pricey :/

I’ve been using this product for a while and my hair has never looked better plus I feel better overall. It has a nice mango taste, it’s easy to swallow since you mix it with water. It’s a great quality product, perfect vitamin content and a good value. It’s the one thing I don’t like to be without.
