The booster pro was really great to use in the beginning. It would vibrate against my skin and massage the skincare on my face for deeper soaking. However, when it needed to be charged and I charged it to 100%, it would not turn on even when I plugged it back in for charging. After multiple tries of troubleshooting, I gave up and returned it back. For the price I paid for it, it was not worth.

The user manual contains detailed precautions for use and makes it easy to use for first time users. Also, it’s more convenient to use because I can install the app and connect it via Bluetooth. It’s easy to hold and light so I think I can easily take it when I’m traveling. After using these a few times a week (and tried at least 15 minutes), I can feel that my skin has improved. You feel like the price is expensive but it is worth the investment due to the advantage of being able to maintain it consistently at home. Definitely highly recommended!

My device arrived earlier than expected. Seller is very helpful and replies quickly to inquiries. My product arrived early in April. Unfortunately, after two months, the device started to show some irregularities in functioning. I contacted the seller who was quick to take action and offered me to return the device for a replacement. However, within a few hours the device started working normally again so I opted to keep it and not ask for return. However, after another couple of weeks, it started acting up again. And after inquiring with medicube representatives from the product’s website, I learned that this problem is a known factory default in some manufactured batches. But Medicube will not replace the device as I didn’t buy it from their website, and by this time Amazon’s return guarantee has already expired and Amazon refused to guarantee the return and replacement of the product. Fortunately, the seller did not hesitate to accept the return of the device and I received the replacement in a very timely manner as the seller promised. All in all it was a very pleasant customer experience. I will not hesitate to buy from the seller again and recommend them to anyone wishing to buy from their store.

I love this device! I am skin care enthusiastic and have lots of interests to new skin care devices. I have used this device for almost 2 weeks, and I really recommend it to y’all.
First it is easy to use. You can just turn on the device and adjust skin care mode and strength. I actually prefer lower level(1 or 2). Use it after washing your face and applying moisturizer. It will make your face soft and moisturized.
Second it is good for all skin types. My husband has oily skin while I have dry skin, we are both satisfied with this device. I will also recommend this to my family and I bet they will like it too.
If you want to get skin massage or spa at home, this is just for you!!! 🙂

I loved using this product for the first 3 weeks- it was enjoyable to use and track progress with the app, and I noticed a positive improvement in my skin. However, the device started malfunctioning after 3 weeks of use. It would shut off randomly, or suddenly switch modes, and now after one month of use it refuses to turn on or work at all. The best I can hope for is ~20 seconds of functioning before the device shuts off without any hope of being turned back on. I’ve stored it away from water and charged it regularly, so I have no idea what could cause such a new device to suddenly become useless. For such an expensive product, I expected way more reliability and more than a few weeks of use. Also, the company refuses to honor the warranty since it’s been purchased on Amazon. Beware!

I’ve been using this Medicube device for a while now, and I’m so happy that I started incorporating this into my skincare routine!
I’m not a huge device/tool person – I’ve always used my hands for skincare and even all my makeup – but I actually have seen great results in my skin since using this. I can tell the product is well-absorbed into my skin, and the effects of the product go a longer way. I’m in my late 20s so elasticity is not a huge priority for me, but it’s a huge plus that my skin does feel firmer after using this device.
There are a few modes I use everyday, and one mode I use only 2x a week – each of them address different concerns, which is well-explained in the mobile app that you download to connect your device to. I’m so glad the device can target different concerns with the different modes.
The battery also lasts quite a number of days between charging, which has been a relief for me since I like low-maintenance products.
All in all, this is a really good investment for anyone who’s curious about using skincare devices and taking their skincare routine to the next level.
