I love this baby monitor. It dose not require WIFI or batteries it runs strictly off of the electric and it allows you to hear your baby at all times. You may also adjust volume and talk to them through it. It doesn’t allow you to see your child as it does not have a camera but if you can get past that it is an amazing reliable product.

I hate this monitor. It turns off randomly, beeps in the middle of the night for no reason, and the volume control is terrible….it’s either super loud, really loud, or loud. Luckily I only use this for my five year old as she is on a different floor and it just gives me piece of mind (when it’s working) but I know she can also get out of bed and open doors.

What a waste of money. If there is no sound, it disconnects within 15 seconds. This will not monitor continuously. The sound was crackly, the volume is too low. The volume buttons are confusing to operate.
It randomly emits loud beeps at night for no reason. The instructions do not explain these things at all.
I cannot believe that Motorola would put their name on this thing. I will not return it. This thing gets thrown in the garbage tomorrow. With both the baby and the parent monitor getting power from the wall outlet, I would expect to have continuous sound output. This unit was purchased to monitor an elderly person who has mobility problems and needs help at night. I am very disappointed in the unit.

I use this for an audio monitor in my nursery. Picks up the sound wonderfully once you get the hang of it.
I was struggling with the installation because the volume buttons are not what I expected. If the monitor is off, the receiver makes an ANNOYING beep sound. The beeping won’t go away until you plug in the receiver or higher the volume on the monitor. The receivers volume button also is switched.
While I thought the left would be for lowering the volume, it actually highers the volume. There’s no real indicator to know what level the volume is at, other than a red mute button.

We’re ordering a replacement and going with a different brand.
