C’est bien mais je trouve le métal bien trop fin donc si on appui trop l’autre extrémité se relève et ne sert plus à rien donc il faut y aller doucement. Je ne trouve pas le prix justifié en règle général pour tous les produits de cette marque bien trop chère (même si c’est pas mal)

I used to tape off my fingerboard to polish Frets These make that job so easy. There is enough variety to fit every size fret. I have micromesh sanding, sponges and polish. So maybe once every year or so I do this. Great to have on hand. Do your own set ups and maintenance. It’s not that hard. And these make that job even easier.

One of the most indispensable tools you’ll need if you do any of your own setups, maintainable, or repairs, are fret guards. Several different kinds out there, and these have what most others don’t, which is a handle to hold them in place. They work VERY well.
A word of warning though. These fit very precisely over the fret wire that most modern guitars will have. Among the three included widths/sizes. They’re a little too long however than most all fretboards will be. Meaning when you lay a guard over a fret, with the neck laying on your bench running from your left to right, and the frets vertical on front of you… there is some of the guard’s slots that aren’t filled with the fret.
Why is this important? And why is it important to be THIS specific? With the guard fitted over the fret, if you were to take a fret rubber or 0000 steel wool to polish your frets, you’ll be rubbing across the fret & up and down in your field of view. Unless you hold the fret guard down with STRONG pressure… the edges of the thin metal the guard is made out of, can dig or cut into your fretboard. Leaving you a nasty surprise when you lift the fret guard away. It’s a good idea to tape the guard down in place so that it can’t slide up and down along the frets, to insure that doesn’t muck up your fretboard. If it happens it IS fixable, but it will take some serious work and skill.

Holas tengo más de 20 años de luthier compré para proteger la madera al coronar trastes pero son gruesas no resbalan muy bien y vienen con curvatura el cual un poco de dificulta el pegado hacia la madera pero bien
