I love this protein powder! It has the texture and taste of juice (not as sweet as actual juice) instead of how most protein powders are more thick and milky like. It does have a bit of a weird after taste but it goes away after like 5 seconds and it’s not that strong. This will be my new protein shake cus I can actually drink this casually!

This is a whey protein isolate that provides 20 grams of protein per scoop and has no fat or carbohydrates. So, it is good if you are doing a low-carb diet, keto, or carb cycling. It mixes pretty well in a shaker cup and is more like drinking a juice-consistency liquid than a protein shake. After you shake it, it does have quite a bit of foam at the top. The directions say to let it sit for 15 seconds after shaking it, but it takes a lot longer than that for the foam to really settle. So, I tend to shake it before I work out, put it in the fridge, and then drink it after I am done working out.
The taste of the Peach Mango flavor is good, but not great. It is not as good as something like the on-the-go drink packets that are peach mango flavored. But, it is not horrible as some protein powders are that make you gag the second you sip it. The only real drawback is that you do not get a full 30 servings in one tub, so it can get a bit pricey if you use it every day. Even so, it is more affordable than a lot of other Whey isolate protein powders out there, so I will keep using it.

The protein content is good. The peach/mango flavor, though… it’s very “chemical,” artificial and overpowering to my taste buds. And the mixture gets so foamy when shaken that the foam impedes mixing, leaving clumps no matter how long or hard you shake the bottle. The foam will dissipate in 5-10 minutes, as another reviewer mentioned, if you leave the bottle in the fridge. I don’t want to waste this, but I am having trouble choking it down.

I was a huge fan of Gatorade protein until they suddenly quit producing it. I had a stockpile so I just finished that. Protein drinks have helped me to lose 98 lbs in a year and a half and I was rushing to find another. This was recommended to me so I gave it a try.
1.) seems to be a good source of protein. Fills me up while allowing hydration
2.) light flavor. I’ve found it a little sweet so I do half a scoop at a time. I also occasionally mix with orange Gatorade for the extra hydration and the flavor combo is pretty dang good.
3.) the dissolvability – it foams up a LOT, but it only takes about 2-3 minutes to go fully down. I use a 32 ounce bottle, half a scoop, shake the crap out of it and let it sit while I do work then top it up. Perfect drink with none of the chunks that Gatorade had.
4.) overall a really nice, light whey drink which I truly appreciate as someone who is sick to death of protein shakes.

I’ve been trying very hard to increase my protein intake and this was honestly a game changer. It doesn’t have that heavy milky feel like chocolate/vanilla/coffee protein powders so it’s easier to drink it at a quicker pace.
Personally I love the taste, but you just need to be prepared for it to taste very sweet. There’s a very small protein taste but I don’t even notice now. I do recommend a blender bottle or literally using a blender to really mix it in, if not you might get a few chunks but the powder is honestly light enough that it’s not really unpleasant in any way.
For me it’s helped me get at least an extra 30g of protein in a day without also having to have carbs or fat.

This powder has the highest ratio of protein to calories I’ve ever seen. 2.5 g / 10 cal. That adds up fast!
Secondly, it tastes so good!!! It’s got some bitterness, not gonna lie, but it’s so LIGHT (unlike most powders which are like a heavy, chalky milkshake that makes me sickly full to drink). I mixed the lemonade flavor with some low calorie juice and didn’t mind drinking it every day. I could even could drink it while working outside in high heat without it making me nauseous like others do! The peach mango is good cut with plain water.
For those complaining about it not mixing well, you’re doing it wrong. Use a shaker bottle and put the water/juice in FIRST, otherwise the powder sticks to the bottom. Also, only fill it 1/2 or 2/3 the way up. This will foam a lot when shaking, and if the bottle is too full it’ll prevent mixing well until you’ve drank it down some. If you want it full, I’d put in half the liquid first, then the powder, put the lid on and shake till mixed, THEN top the rest of the way with the remaining liquid. I’ve never had an issue with it mixing doing it this way, and I’m super picky about not having any clumps at all. Clumps make me gag.

That’s one of the worst proteins I have ever had. The taste isn’t bad, but it just doesn’t blend with water. I shook it thoroughly, but there were still a bunch of clumps floating around, which ended up wasting most of the whey. I definitely won’t buy it again.

I’ve never tried protein powders before, but I didn’t want one of the milky ones so I tried this, lemonade flavor. It foams a lot, and needs a good 5-10 minutes to not be foamy. It’s very very sweet and tastes very artificial. That said, after it gets mixed, it’s not too tough to choke down.
Mix it only with water. Then I tend to add a little OJ or apple cider and down it quick. It seems to mix better with slightly warm water. It’s impossible for me to compare to other stuff as I haven’t had it. I will probably try a different flavor next time. Maybe I’ll try one with stevia, though I’ve read that often has a weird flavor. I find that the sucralose and acesulfame potassium are just so sweet, it’s almost sickening.
On a positive note, it has a good amount of protein.

Key fix: Mix it and let it sit for 15-30 minutes or more…. If you’re going to workout after work, make it before work. It will have dissolved by the time you plan on drinking it.
