Initially, I loved this light. It works great for my plants. However, the block that plugs into the wall makes an extremely high-pitched noise. I can’t be in the same room if the light is on. Unfortunately, I will have to buy a different light.

It fits the space of existing light fixture housing (by taking out the inner parts of old light tube). Works great.

I use this light for my crested gecko vivarium, light coverage it great for his 18inch cube enclosure(temporary until he’s an adult) the light function is very helpful in keeping him on a light/dark schedule and the sunset/sunrise function is great for him so he’s not shocked by sudden brightness im definitely going to get another one for my aquarium

I’m very happy with this light. Super easy to install, it adjusts to the size of the tank. I wanted a light for live plants and the timer function is a huge plus. You can adjust the brightness of the whie/red LED’s and the Blue separately. My favorite thing is the sunrise/sunset feature, 30min before it’s fully on and fully off it’s a nice dim light. Any future tanks, I’ll be purchasing this light again.

Great light for the price and added plus is it has a timer with a ramp up and ramp down. Just pay attention to the timer settings as the on and off times are when the ramp up and ramp down start…not the time of full brightness or completely off.

Puts out great light that is adjustable on the white, red and separately controlled blue LEDs.
My only complaint is if you lose power at all, you lose your programming. If it was able to hold the last settings and current time, it would bring this light up to a five star rating.
Alas if I want to hold it I will need to connect to a UPS.

Easy to use, works well. I like the ease-on ease-off so it’s more pleasant for my fish. No one wants to have bright lights abruptly flipped on when you’re just trying to get a little shut-eye!

This was to upgrade an older NICREW light that did not have timer and brightness control built in. This light came quickly, well packaged and complete. The instruction are complete (if you follow them). The factory settings are ok , however the timing is a little short, I dimmed the brightness and left them on a couple of hours longer. Easy to customize to your schedule. I recommend this light. A lot for a very reasonable price.

I bought this light awhile ago and it is still working perfectly. I have it set up above my beta tank to give light to all the plants I have around it. My beta tank is thickly planted with 6 potted plants and 4 orchids around the tank and they are all thriving.
