    I was eyeing this guided journal for months and had only seen a few of the pages – i finally got it and received it today and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. I do well with guidance and cognitive behavioral therapy and this is precisely what i need. It’s thoughtfully written and it explains the “why” behind everything inside. I am thrilled to start using it. There are essentially four sections:
    Intro (amazing)
    Daily
    Weekly
    Monthly

    I love it. If you’re reading this review, just go ahead and get it. An excerpt from the book:

    Wish there was a version with thicker pages so ink doesn’t bleed through. I looked through a few of these & felt this one had what I wanted to focus on each evening. I’m on day 1. The only thing I don’t like is that I life using colors felt tip pens or brush tip markers & I can’t because the back of the page then becomes hard to read & ugly. I may have to use regular ball point pens which just doesn’t feel right to me. Others may not care but I love stationary & the colorful pens is part of my enjoyment & motivation in doing this.

    The intentions of this journal are great, but for something having chronic anxiety, I didn’t find this to be much help. The daily journal asks the same things, and after 3 weeks I was bored with it.

    I’ve been doing it for almost a week now and I love it! Sometimes it’s hard to journal how you’re feeling, and this is a super simple, easy, and quick way to journal daily. I highly recommend it because I always feel good at the end of the day once I’ve completed my daily entry. This journal is also a good way to reflect and help reframe your thoughts. It’s also a good way for me to track how I’ve been feeling each day/ week and bringing it up to my therapist.
