I have 3 Maine Coons. If you know Maine Coons, you know the struggle of having to constantly brush them. However no matter how much I brush & comb them they seem to get matting under their arms & by their backsides. It’s a never ending struggle. Not to mention the tufts of hair that grow like weeds on the underside of their paws & between their toes. This clipper set is A+!! The smaller trimmer is PERFECT for getting that funky toe & foot hair down. It is super quiet & none of my trio even blinked an eye at it. The larger clipper is great for getting those under arm & hind end mats. It went thru them like butter.
Best tip is….if you are using these (or any clippers) for a length of time, periodically check to make sure the clippers aren’t getting hot. Most any power clipper will get warm/hot after continuous use. I was using these for about 15-20 minutes before they started getting to the point where I took a break & let them cool down. The temp wasn’t totally hot at that point, but didn’t want the clippers making them uncomfortable.
The set also comes with a nice pair of shears, a metal comb & different length guards for the large clipper & a extra attachment for the small trimmer along with a small bottle of lubricating oil for the blades. I’m VERY happy with this set & highly recommend.

I hardly write reviews. This thing is awesome. It was so easy and quiet. Comes with a lot of accessories also. Don’t hesitate. Cheaper than going to get your cat groomed for sure. I plan to use on my maltipoo and yorkie as well.

After a lot of research on how to deal with a matt on my cats back, I decided to try this razor. It worked better than I expected!! The sound didn’t terrify him and it took literally less than 5 minutes to get rid of a large matt that was next skin tight! Get this!!

It is quiet and does a very good job on normal fur. For that I give it two thumbs up. But don’t expect miracles on super matted cat fur as it isn’t quite up to it (nor should it be as these aren’t sheep shears after all). Battery life is impressive. Unless your cat is extra jumpy at the sound of clippers, the low noise level of these shouldn’t bother them. Overall, an excellent product for normal cat fur situations.

This is my second purchase of car clippers, they are so much better than the first! Makes a much easier time trying to shave my wild cat. Does he look great? No. But is it more sanitary for him when he uses the restroom? Definitely yes. Highly recommend.

My older cat, whom I have shaved and trimmed before, had no problem with these clippers and behaved better than normal because of how quiet the clippers are. My other cat looked at me like I must be stupid if I think I’m using them on him, so mixed results.
The hair trimmers themselves are very good and cut very easily. My cats are indoor cats and are fairly clean. Frankly, I do plan on using them on myself. The little paw trimmers are neat. I only used them a bit, but they did clean up their paws. My younger cat was confused and was trying to swipe at it to stop it from trimming, but then realized it still trims as he swipes at it.
All in all, I find this purchase to be worth it. 4.5 stars. I can’t do 4.5, so I rated at a 5.
Comes with adjustable length settings, two trimmers a changeable head one one of them, charging cables and oil for the blades. It really is an all in one set for animal hair trimming. Comes with high and low power settings. Even my wife says, “they’re amazing”
