Initially had problems with the order, retailer took responsibility and provided solution promptly. In term of the product can’t fault Park Tool quality. Has a nice smell to it too.

Well, this stuff IS expensive. I find it very easy to use with the park tool chain cleaner. Rinses off fairly easily with water and advertised safe for the environment. Degreases very, very well. To offset the expense a little, I drain the used liquid through a coffee filter into a plastic container and let it sit until I’m ready for the next chain cleaning. During that time, the gunk has settled and the cleaner can be used again by carefully pouring off into a separate container.
