They look amazing, but the batteries do not last long. Thinking of creating a way to have them connected to power but making sure the cables are not huge and visible. If I can get my hands on fairy light wires. Those are thin enough. Anyway, battery life sucks. I have to change every 3 days. Not ideal when they are on a ledge and have to grab a ladder to get to some of them.

I just received these. I got the 2 pack. They are simple and elegant for my patio. The candles don’t look like other waterproof outdoor candles that I have. I hope they work. No glass to clean. My grandchildren and I thank you.
Update- the candles stop working after a couple of weeks. The black candle holders rusted on the bottom and left spots on my table. Don’t recommend them anymore.

I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the plastic candles – they do look really cheap. However when lit they are so realistic that my visitors thought they were real. They even make that popping noise that large candles make. The frames are very modern and I like the idea that you can add decoration to them if you want I bought them to replace an old black lantern that was looking very dated and dusty – difficult to clean the panels. For what I paid they look pretty amazing and the candles can be changed – which I also think is better than having fixed ones. In that case if the candle goes so does the lantern. All in all a good buy.

These are the best faux candle lanterns that I have bought. There’s no glass to clean. The candles actually flicker like a real candle and sounds like a candle flickering! The timer is automatic for 6 hours and will start the next day at the same time. They are brighter than your average battery operated candle, too. I am very pleased with these and I highly recommend.

I also like that the candles have a 6-hour timer so I dont have to worry about turning them off in the daytime. They’re a great price for the quality.
