Good box, flexible.set up I have a couple of extra boxs and depending on what I’m targeting I.strap the appropriate boxs on and I’m set.

Good in theory, not great in practice. The rubber bands which hold the smaller boxes in place broke after about three uses. I ended up using a lot of double-sided tape to keep the boxes from falling off.

The backside (side without removable plano boxes) is kind of useless. Compartments are huge, I don’t like putting any lures in there unless they’re in those clear, plastic lure packaging boxes (Like most Rapala lures come in). Maybe the large compartments would work for someone else, but I found them to be undesirable.

There is no way this design could have been done on one side, but I do want to caution people that the price for having twice the surface area to look at is that you have to flip it over quite often while using it, which means you have to close whatever was open or else spread everything over a wide surface. Not quite as convenient or self contained as a tackle box where you just slide the drawer closed.
But saves lots of room so makes things possible that wouldn’t be otherwise, and how can you not like that. I use this for microphone parts used to hide lavs on actors, but I’m sure there are a million different uses for this.

Best kit for the money on here and I love the organization of a kit like this. It is also super handy that you can remove 1 or both of the little clear Plano cases. Iv had for 1 season and its worked fine as expected

I have always used Plano boxes but this particular model is 100% junk. I bought two of these about a month apart. The main lid does not seal, there was nearly a 1/4″ gap around portions of the lid after a couple months of use. Of course water leaks in if left outside in the rain (in the truck, in the boat etc, long term storage is always inside). The lid was quite flimsy and cracked easily (not sure how it cracked but both of these boxes I purchased had multiple cracks on the lid). If you are looking for a smaller box I’d recommend a different model, this one is horrible.
Quil 1964 –
Quickly becoming annoying due to the constant need to roll over to access gear. At first it wasn’t so much of a problem but when tying several different setups for fishing the constant flip over, finding places to safely place the boxes and remembering to secure all the catches while trying to watch your pole and troll at the same time, not.
Even with out excess pressure on the lids of the 3600 boxes and the main larger box leakage and spilling of small parts is excessive. These same boxes if kept upright would be fine. And I repeat, without ever being misused or stressed in any way, they show a gap and leak when turned over after a few usages.
Perhaps for smaller tool accessories it would be okay but not really for fishing.
The concept at first seems great but reality quickly sets in when setting up and changing lures.
