Is there such a thing as too much grip? Of course not silly🤣😂. These pedals work minute any lateral movement and keep my feet in place during those 25 mph sprints on the 15 mph speed lifting mit bike trails🤷🏽♂️. Very well constructed and lighter than the OEM pedals. Pins are very grippy and replaceable if they get worn. I’ve put about 100 miles on them so far and still look vinyl them.

Sehr gute Qualität und Haftung. Man rutscht nicht und kann viel besser die Kraft übertragen. Die Anzahl der Pins ist optimal und die Verarbeitung 1A. Ich hatte mir zum Vergleich von Tatze die LINK Composite geholt und obwohl diese mehr Pins haben, ist das Pedal verglichen zum Chester kleiner und der Fuß schwerer zu positionieren da in der Mitte die Pins den Fuß leicht höher setzen. Das ist beim Chester viel besser gelöst und daher eine absolute Kaufempfehlung !! Danke Race Face für dieses excellence Produkt 🙂👌

Have stuck these on my steel tourer, and 100% made the right choice. Nearly 1000 miles of mixed terrain in all weathers, wearing flat-bottomed Vans and Converse, and have felt entirely sure-footed with every stroke. Not a single slip.
Can cheese-grate the shin if pushing the bike, but, from experience, this is a mistake you make only once.

I bought a bike with flat street pedals (used to clip ins) that my feet kept slipping off. Upgraded to these and they are much better but my feet do still slip once in a while.

This is my third set of raceface pedals. I had them on my first bike, and there was a pair on this giant stance when i bought it. They had been used for mtb racing and all kinds of trail riding. Literally thousands of trail miles . I decided to bring new life to my bike and went with neon red. It looks amazing and the new grip is awesome. Your not gonna find a better pedal for the price

Flat pedals I wanted to put on my bike for shorter test loops around. Not the lightest but very durable. Color is fantastic.
Before these I had just went over to another store and bought cheap $10 flats; they broke after two uses, sheared right off. Was worried they had caused damage to my threads but was lucky that wasn’t the case.
Do yourself a favor and pick these up if youre looking for a nice flat trail pedal; or even just nice flats for your road bike if youre not going far.
