If you have from fair to light cool skintone, this palette will be just perfect. It’s got three matte colors and one satin, I would buy the second palette just for the satin one. There’s no dark color in the palette, but for me it was fine, I don’t need it. The matte ones are not “flat”. The application is better than you’d expect, they do flake a little while you apply them but so did my Chanel eyeshadows (that sucked, honestly). Color payoff is very decent. They’re very good for their price.

It goes on easily and they gave a picture for suggested use to help you use the colors to full advantage. It contains no talc so it doesn’t irritate my eyes. Most products have talc in them and it is very irritating.

Eyeshadow palette was as expected. Love the colors. Can no longer find this particular quad in stores. Would have given 5 starts if the lid wasn’t broken when it arrived. Decided to keep the product as it was still properly sealed and palette was intact. Disappointed the lid falls off every time it’s opened since I paid $20+ for the eyeshadow palette.

I was amazed when this product arrived as pictured. I have looked to multi-color shadow packs at Walmart, but they are expensive. This has a lot of colors for a little price. I am not a make-up wearer, but I do like to look shiny for concerts, so I appreciated all of the shiny choices in this little case. For the festival I went to, I wore blue one night and gold the next. It stayed on pretty well for about 6 hours, but it is not super long lasting. It is a small case, but it will last me for years because I only use it when I go out.

I use browns and purples mostly because I have hazel eyes. I have used this color and brand for years. These browns are neutral. I like to blend eye shadow in so it looks more natural. I don’t put it under my eye, just above on the kids and right above that.

When I was in my teens and twenties I always bought drugstore eyeshadow. I later became a make-up snob and spend a lot of money at Sephora and Mac. I saw this pallette on Amazon and was impressed with the color combo and the price. When I got it (thankfully intact in one piece) and applied it, I was impressed with the pigmentation. I also found one of the colors ideal to fill in my eyebrows in so that was an extra bonus. Some of the shades remind me of some of the Mac colors I use on a regular basis.
The negative…..as others have commented, there is a lot of fall off. The 2nd thing I noticed is how much the product broke up in the palette on just the first use. Lastly, I got an allergic flare up on my eyelids hte next day after just one use. I do have some allergic sensitivities but it’s usually only when there is some type of shimmer. I had the same reaction to Urban Decay Cowboy shadow. I will try to use it again and will be very careful to remove it 100% to see if I can overcome the allergic reaction.
Bottom line, your milesage may vary so give it a try!
