received the box which looked like it had been dropped one to many times. opened the box and the corners of the pieces inside were broken and missing, it looked like it was shipped to me that way. dissapointing.

We ordered this product for our office as a filling wall unit. From the description, it seemed like this was a well made, durable product. Upon building it, we found that it was extremely bad quality and was not fit for purpose. After contacting the supplier to state that we would like to return the product because the description was mislead, they informed us it was not possible.
This product is bad quality, overpriced and we did not appreciate the customer service.

I love this product, it is just EXACTLY what we needed! This product was damaged when it arrived. The top shelf corner is cracked. We went ahead and put it together to see if it would work fine and there was a deadline for its use. This is very prominently displayed in our church foyer and is used for a Christmas card mailbox. I am disappointed that it is damaged from the very start and wonder about getting a replacement for it for our future use. I would say to just replace the top shelf, but it has been glued together per instructions and am not sure how that would work when taking it apart to replace. Would be a 5+ star rating if not damaged.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The box arrived without the proper hardware, and the furniture glue included had burst open and leaked over everything during shipping. Even after locating the nails and glue that should have been included, this unit was so flimsly it fell apart upon completion. A total waste of both money and time.
