This product would rate a 5 in my opinion. This unit certainly met my expectations. I believe this device will allow me to track and keep detailed records of my blood oxygen levels independently. Allowing for better diagnosis and alert me to any warning signs that may occur. The meter seems well constructed and easy to use. Upon receiving it in the mail, it was a user friendly medical tool. Once I placed the batteries in the meter, it worked immediately. I would suggest including charts to understand the readings the meter provides. I had to look up a standard expectation chart for oxygen levels and perfusion index levels. I would also recommend that the company produce a video explaining in detail what the readings actually mean and how to interpret them, as I had to research each spec independently on the internet. That aside, I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a reasonably priced oxygen meter. Packaging kept it safe through transport to delivery. The delivery was commendable. It arrived earlier than expected. The cost of purchase was acceptable, not cheap and not overpriced.

I bought this product because I am having issues with breathing and a very low pulse rate. While I believe that the blood oxygen level reading is correct, I consistently get readings of 80 BPM and higher for my pulse. However, when taking my pulse manually or when at the cardiologist’s or pulmonologist’s office, my pulse rate is in the mid 40’s. I bought this device to be able to easily monitor my pulse and it isn’t working.
The device is easy to use as would any pulse oximeter would be, but I don’t trust the pulse readings at all.
EDIT – I have been using this device now for a couple of weeks and for reasons that I can’t explain, the readings are more accurate now. Since the device appears to working normally, I wanted to edit my review and give it a better review.

I compared the reading on this oximeter to one in a hospital and it was spot on! It registers quickly and is bright and easy to read. Even when outside in the sunlight, I only need to shade it a little with my hand to see the reading. This has made titrating my husband’s oxygen much easier when he is walking.

Aside from working as advertised and performing reliably, this product has had one feature that matters at this specific moment: the lower end of the SpO2 reading is adjustable down to 50% (it’s preset to normal range, 94%-100%). People suffering from COVID often are unaware of it until the damage to their lungs reaches a tipping point, at which they suddenly can’t get enough oxygen. The only way for a non-medical person to identify reduced blood oxygen is an oxymeter. This one seems to be a good one.

The meter is very easy to use and gives a result very quickly. My wife and I had totally normal readings on the twice we have tried it. Purchase online was easy and we got the product the day after ordering. They are not expensive but could be a life saver – get one.

I am a nurse with ICU experience. I really like this pulse oximeter! The display is very clear & easy to read. It is very soft & comfortable on your finger (important if using to monitor for an extended time). The readings seem to be consistent & accurate as best as I can tell without an arterial blood gas test. I would buy this again if I needed another one.
