I take the Box crate off the dish washing machine and stopped there at moment. No manuals whatsoever. They may be inside the washer but the door doesn’t open. I’m sure I have to remove screws or something but no instructions. A week after I completed the install (instructions were inside you just have to figure out how to get inside).. This is exactly the dishwasher we were hoping for.

This dishwasher is worth every cent!
I no longer have to rinse my dishes. I put them in dirty and they come out sparkling clean! It’s life changing!
I love opening the door and the light coming on. I love the third shelf on top for knives and large serving utensils. It’s so quiet, I have gone into the kitchen to see if it is still working.
Not having to pre-rinse saves water and time.
It comes with a hose, but no electrical cord. Amazon recommends a kit to solve this problem.
I’m glad I took the chance on it. Totally worth it!

We got this last April after having no dishwasher for 6 months. So I really hate to complain. But let’s start with the pros.
It runs very quiet. Honestly that’s not important to me but for some it is. Dishes come out clean. Sometimes stuck on stuff I need to re clean but I’d expect that. The third rack is kinda handy. However if I didn’t have it, there would be more vertical room and I wouldn’t need it anyway. I always hand wash big knives so it’s usually other large utensils that go there.
Now the cons. The little bars to slide plates into are too short and too close together and bend at a bad angle. I have to use every other slot so that there is room between my plates. My ‘full’ dishwasher doesn’t get very full. And bowls don’t fit right because of the little bars. I feel like I am gonna break something if I force a bowl between the bars.
Another thing, it’s ’Alexa compatible’ however this dish washer you have to set the buttons BEFORE you close it, then it’ll start after you shut the door. So I can sit there and set the settings on my Alexa app but why, when I have to stand right there to start it? I think there is a pause on the app for the dishwasher but why?
Also Alexa doesn’t have any clue I have a dishwasher. I can ask how much time is left but she just tells me avg run times for avg dish washers. I have to go into the app and spend 5 min looking for the dumb dishwasher to see how much time is left because the display on the dish washer can’t tell me either. 🙄
If the price is right for you yes it’s a good dishwasher that works. And is quiet. Otherwise I’d have liked a different one.

The dishwasher is really nice, its very quiet and feels high quality. Installing was easy, other than tracking down the water line connection I needed that did not come with this. I am overall disappointed with the documentation when it comes to the Alexa integration and the built in display. Alexa does not give the remaining time and doesn’t even know what I am talking about even though the manual shows that as an option to ask. The display does not show the remaining time of a cycle. Sharp Support told me if the cycle is over 1 hour it will alternate, under an hour it will not display anything. Neither the display or Alexa gives me the remaining time of a cycle. For the cost I would have expected better documentation and troubleshooting procedures, if this is an issue with my device alone or expected operation I am not sure since the manual doesn’t go in depth into the display.
Update:
Been using for over a month now not very heavily, pretty sure the motor for draining is going out. Water barely drains and super loud grinding.

This dishwasher is a total and complete disaster. Cannot stop and reset. The controls are horrible, the instruction manual is a joke (does not even address the basics) and the unit does not work as stated. You can hold the reset all you want, but nothing will happen. It’s like whoever desgined this nightmare was obsessed with a one hour delay because 1H never stops flashing. Technical trash.
Ran the cycle with a few dishes and when the dishwasher finished (after one hour) everything was still wet. Did not dry at all.
Furthermore the photos posted in the reviews are NOT correct. That is another model without a handle.
We are beyond disappointed by this purchase as we are now out the cost of professional installation plus the installation kit we purchased.
Currently in the process of removal and return. Grateful for Amazon customer service.

I recently installed this in my small (1165sf) house. I decided in my last house that a high-end dishwasher is appropriate in a small house because there is no place to hide from the noise. I have trouble knowing if it’s running because the sound is typically covered up by the refrigerator! Aah!
I’m not a plumber that’s installed hundreds of dishwashers, but I’ve dealt with a few. A really weird thing to me is that the water and power are supplied at the front, the water on the left, and the power on the right. I had to run the water all the way to the front of the cabinet under my sink and through a hole in the bottom of the cabinet. The water hose is not visible unless you decide to crawl around on the floor, but it could be a problem if you need to bring the water in from the right. The power cord can be run through a channel underneath the dishwasher.
I had understood that most newer dishwashers come with a normal power plug, but this one didn’t. I bought amazon’s superduper interplanetary universal installation kit, which included a cord with plug but no strain relief for the cord. So… trip to Big Box.
I’m a bit iffy on the third shelve. seems cool but I might remove it.
