My shoe collector son hipped me to this shoe rack. It holds a lot of shoes. I have it against the wall just in front of the garage door entrance so no one sees it, but it’s good for my husband and I to put our shoes on upon entry into the house. I just bought one for my daughter and she thought it was too tall, but I told her she can actually take half of it and put it in her room for her excess shoes. It’s easy to assemble and doesn’t look bad and it’s easy to wipe down if it gets dirty.

I’m sure for someone who can spend two or three hours figuring out how this goes together, but I have already spent almost two hours and I’m not even close to finishing. It’s confusing. Directions could have been clearer about the connecting pieces. If they aren’t connected exactly, the whole project is just a wash. I had all the shelves finally put together, only to discover that the connection pieces had to be placed in a certain way or you can’t put the shelves together. The directions don’t indicate this. A simple picture showing how the connection pieces should be placed would have been helpful. For a 72 year old, this is not an easy to put together purchase. I’m going to need to pull this apart and try again and after spending the morning on this, I don’t have the energy. It’s just sitting in the middle of my living room. I’m so disappointed.

I installed this in my garage as we use this entry as our main door. Holds all our shoes. Be sure to anchor the shelf to the wall and remember not to use the rack to hold on to while putting on your shoes. I will support all your shoes but not a human that is loosing their balance.

Easy to put together. Only took 30 mins. Sturdy and nice!! Pictures are tips on how to put together. I hope they help. Be sure to put the flat open side down. I figured that out after putting a few on and had to redo. For the top I just flipped and put the flat open side on top to make smooth.

Super easy to put together comes with stuff to attach to the wall which I immediately did and is easy to reverse and a whole tornado can come through and that thing will still be attached to the wall I swear and you can fit around 40 pairs of shoes/boots

I bought this shoe rack to eliminate the mess of shoes in our mud room. My teenage son typically comes in the house, takes off his shoes and leaves them in front of the door. It’s inevitable that someone trips over them so I wanted a shoe rack that would accommodate all of our shoes and I needed it to be narrow to not encroach on the entry. This was a great choice. It did take a little time to put together, but it was easy and seems very sturdy.

I secured it into the wall as instructed. Still, it could not withstand the pressure of shoes. The metal beams are still solid, but the plastic connectors are worn and stripped. It collapsed a few days ago, after 8 months of daily use. In the future, I will avoid these racks that rely on plastic connectors to keep the metal rods in place. They are held together with thoughts and prayers.

I am in love with this shoe rack, especially for the price! It is super sturdy and I feel like you can’t find 10 shelves for this price anywhere! Stacking it 10 shelves high wouldn’t have fit in my closet but having 5 and 5 works so well. I haven’t had a single issue with the sturdiness and you can see my shoe shelf is full and has plenty of weight on it and I’ve never had a problem. It was easy to put together and took probably 30 ish minutes. I would recommend this shoe rack to anyone who has too many shoes for those 3 level metal shelves sold at Walmart for about the same price.
