We’ve used this in the ocean, lakes and swimming pool. It has performed great in all three situations. Great for kids and adults. We bought an extra battery for more fun. Batteries last about 45 minutes each. Full power until it just quits. Pop in another battery and you’re ready to go. Highly recommend for fun in the water.

Enjoy using these in the Bahamas (we bought two). But after a month of use, and following all care instructions, the battery began leaking out something green. A new battery on Amazon is $165. I have emailed customer support and will update if they respond.

Very upset with this product. I didn’t even get to use it in the proper environment. I used it once at the pool and now it no longer charges. I didn’t even get to take it out to the beach yet. What’s wrong with the battery. I removed it from the underwater scooter after use as instructed. Did I leave it charging too long? If so shouldn’t there be like a timer or something that tells you when it’s done charging. The light on the cord itself from red to green but then it just doesn’t work when battery is install.

I wish I could give it a review. I saw this on the feed in the summer and was notified during a flash sale. I bought and when I had time off work to take to pool, I got someone’s return. Now mine was an impulse buy based on what it looks like it can do. But the one I received didn’t have a power source. I received the device and the top wing (fin) whatever it is. I returned. I noticed upon return that the serial numbers did not even match up from the inner to the outter box. I’m bummed, but I guess it worked out since it was an impulse buy for myself. I’ll continue to watch and if it drops to where I don’t feel guilty I’ll repurchase. Oh, the motor had a hair wrapped up in it. Blonde I think and mines black!

Accidentally lost the battery cover, and the customer service is kind enough sending me a replacement, very nice.
