Been taking about 4 weeks and seem to have better energy when consistent. I like the higher doses of B vitamins. They do have an off odor but doesn’t really bother me. I’ll update in another month.

I am not a big breakfast eater. So I like vitamins I can take that won’t upset my stomach without food. These have amazing ingredients. Just make sure you eat something before or right after eating.

I’ve been on my health and fitness journey for a few years now and am constantly researching online and talking with fitness friends about supplements. The one brand name that has continued to pop in so many of my work and social circles is Thorne. They are just known across the more serious fitness gurus as the top-notch name brand to go with.
I have been taking a multi-vitamin for decades and have switched over that time between many different name brands (Klean, GNC, Centrum, and others). All are fantastic, but some of these have caused a little upset stomach to me and my stomach rarely has any digestion issues. I also often wonder about the ingredients as these brands do not have the reputation that Thorne does. I switched about four months ago over to this Thorne multi-vitamin and I am not certain if it is a placebo effect or real, but wow has this multi-vitamin changed and improved my energy level. I never had issues with energy before, but with these multi-vitamins I feel so much more aware and ready to take on the world. Definitely will be staying with this as my multi-vitamin going forward!
The only downside I do need to bring up that I have ready so many other posts about and agree with is the taste. I can’t quite describe the taste and smell other than that it is pretty foul. However, if you take it quickly with your drink of the day you will not get a whiff or taste of the pill as you take it. Definitely worth the trade off for taking a high quality multi-vitamin.

I purchased these through recommendation from a friend, i started taking them 1 every other day so i could get used to them. i did that for a week, then i bumped it to 1 every day. i did that for 2 weeks, on week two i started having bad GI symptoms. i am a nurse and lets say it isn’t easy to be off the floor as much as i was while on these vitamins…. im only writing this review because i didnt care that they smelled (because yes they did) they did leave a nasty taste and caused burping( also nasty tasting) but the number one reason i stopped was the anxiety it caused. i never made it to taking 2 pills a day for this reason, just sitting down folding cloths on my days off my heart rate was 110, multiple blood tests and EKG’s later (all fine). i stopped taking these vitamins and i was back to my normal self…no palpitations, no insomnia, no waking up in the middle of the night feeling like i ran a marathon. im not sure what is in this vitamin that gave me soo much anxiety like symptoms but ive taken other brands in the past and this never has happened to me before. for reference i did take the 1 pill at lunch time with a meal and i drink half gal of water a day minimum. i hope this helps someone.

Overall vitamin/nutrient content is fantastic. I only take 1/day to supplement with a balanced diet. As others have stated, these smell horrible.
Biggest drawback – they are very rough on your stomach. I have an iron stomach, where nothing really makes me sick (switching alcohols, spicy foods, dairy, etc.). Even though I’m only taking 1/day and with food, I still get a solid 15 minute spurt of pure nausea to the point where if I didn’t drink enough water or eat enough with it, I start to feel like I will throw up. A few times where I’ve taken two just exacerbates the feeling. Be sure to eat something solid and drink plenty of water before taking these. A single yogurt cup is not enough, and drinking mostly coffee without water will only make it worse.
This sounds like a mostly negative review despite the 4 stars, but the vitamin overall is doing its job! My intention is to share my experience/trade-off going with these highly rated vitamins before spending the money.

I really hope Thorne doesn’t change anything to accommodate people who need their vitamins to smell a certain way. I have used Thorne products for years and they absolutely work.

If you want energy, focus, better sleep, and amazing sex, then I hope this product is already shipping to yuh. Defiantly don’t take this outside of meals though. Also who the heck cares how bad it tastes, just swallow, don’t chew.
