I didn’t expect much when I ordered this but I was pleasantly surprise. It seems sturdy enough. The pads are adjustable, which is great. It would have been nice to have an adjustable resistance, but for the size and price, it might have been asking a lot.
As for the elastic band, I expected a small plastic one, but nope. It’s a large thick fabrics band. The type that is highly unlikely to snap and break. The resistance on that one is a lot stronger than expected. Not for a starter, but I’m okay with it.
So far I like it. Worth it.

I bought this as sort of a joke. As a grad student and full-time desk jockey, I spend a lot of time sitting. I decided to get this to feel like I was at least doing something good for my butt while sitting on it. I do 30 reps 3 times a day, and it’s actually making a big difference! I feel stronger and my hip dips are slightly less dippy! It’s also super easy to use. The tension is smooth and the curved sides make it very comfortable. So happy with my silly little purchase!

Bought this to work on thighs. Was not convinced when I read the reviews but wanted to try for myself. It arrived next day and is easy to set up. The key is making sure you set the pad and the main device at the right angle. I adjusted a couple of times until it was perfect. I can do this lying on sofa reading. Tried flat on my back and also lying on side both effective. It definitely feels like the muscles are working, looking forward to the results. A no brainer purchase for home use especially in winter. Also purchased on a deal and pink one was cheaper so as I am not colour precious i ordered that one as it came next day. I understand how it could hurt people if pad is not sitting flush on leg but as a device i have had no probs. Would recommend for price and the targeted area I want to work. Try it for yourself, you have nothing to lose and it can be done from sofa what is there not to like !
