Works exactly as advertised.

Needed this for a bike that wouldn’t accommodate the usual central kickstand. It mounts to the frame mid-way between pedal crank and rear axle, and is very stable in that position. An added advantage is that it is clear of the pedal in case you want to rotate the chain for oiling or back up the bike. Seems good quality, but is not lightweight.

THIS WAS FAIRLY EASY TO PUT ON EVEN WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS (NO “ROCKET SCIENCE HERE”). YES! EASY TO PUT ON AND ADJUST AND IS QUITE STURDY AT A VERY REASONABLE PRICE AND THE BLACK MATCHES MY BIKE. OVERALL I WOULD SAY I AM A “HAPPY CAMPER” AT THIS POINT!

Bought this for a mountain bike with medium frame and 27.5 inch wheels. The quality seems good. It fit the bike frame well. However, at the longest extension position, it is almost too short. It holds the bike at a 10 degree angle, which is the maximum angle recommended. Could have used an extra 1/2 inch to one inch on the length.

I have a mountain bike. Nothing extreme. Entry level mountain bike just to get off the road. Because it’s technically a mountain bike there’s no mounting points for a real kickstand.
This one barely fits. I have it very far back near my discs (thinnest point on the frame). And it’s on its widest setting so I’m nervous the screws will loosen and it will fall off (or the bike will fall over). This will need to be something it proves over time.
One pro I will give this product is the inside portion which contacts with the paint does have this little protective section. Not sure the material it feels like soft plastic. Scratching the paint was something I was nervous about with this type of kickstand so I was happy they thought to include this.
