The back strap on the binding does not flex and will not stay on the back of your boot – it slips off after a few steps. My Yukon Charlie’s that I bought 7 years ago for a fraction of the price work better.

The colors transferred and leaves behind scuff marks. They are too big and clunky compared to other snowshoes. I am an avid hiker and snowshoer. Save your money and go with MSR. I tried to get my money back immediately when they came in and no support was offered. The cramps are also not as good as MSR. I recommend not purchasing these. Also, they did not come with a carrier bag, like the Tubbs site mentions. For the price, the least they can do is provide a carrier bag.

These are really great snowshoes. I had a pair of LL beans that broke on my fifth walk. These are very comfortable and easy to fit. Seem very durable.

I like these snowshoes- they’re small and easy enough to put on. I find the back strap comes out of its clip but not a real problem when I’m out. I’d recommend them.

Great shoes! On flaw is that the bindings have little clips that are supposed to hold the straps but they are essentially useless. I had to duck tape the straps to keep them in place so they didn’t loosen up resulting in my shoes falling off. After doing that, they are lightweight and work great in the deep, deep snow.
