Tons of thought and design went into this product. It shows from the travel case it comes with (soft, protective, appropriate), the functionality (insane long battery life that beats competition), etc. It’s small, functional, adaptive, and can be used in so many ways! It’s pricier than competitors however worth it as it’s not the same product as the competitors- it’s way better.

I bought the Deluxe Pro model because it had two prongs, hoping to use it on European jets as marketed. However, the prongs on the device were the same size, whereas the required prongs for the outlet on our British Airways flight were two different sizes. Accordingly, the device did not fit into the outlet and didn’t work. Picture attached of the headphones that BA provided, with two different-sized prongs, for comparison against the stock picture of the device with two same-sized prongs.

I bought the Deluxe version because I enjoyed using the original version last year (which worked perfectly fine). The Deluxe doesn’t work at all. It connects in flight but only for a few seconds before disconnecting itself. Total waste of money.

The device works great but the jacks are not tight. They wiggle a lot and it’s difficult to get both jacks to align to hear both L & R stereo sounds. Not good for the airplane. Needs to be tighter fit for both airplane and extension jacks
