Works as intended. Smaller than I thought it would be. It isn’t very heavy and my fish will push against it to get under it. The LED light is cool but not very bright. Feels cheaply made for the price.

Its been 8 months or so and thus far is holding up well. I haven’t seen any paint chipping although i have only cleaned it twice using a paper towel to wipe inside and lightly brush outside using a toothbrush to remove any debris. The light and aerator so far have kept working with no issues even when the volcano got stuffed up with moss ball which then caused more algae buildup inside. Removed algae and moss and it started working great again immediately.
Overall very happy with product and son loves the volcano and lit up bubbles in his tank. Snails and algae eaters love it too.

When I first placed this in my daughters tank, I thought it was awesome and looked very cool, however, the light feature has already stopped working. Therefore, the coolness is gone. I will not be purchasing this ever again or recommend this.

This is a nice little toy. Some reviews I read criticized it for not being very bright. Is not a light for the tank it is an accent. It puts out the equivalent of about one birthday candle. It looks like the bubbles are coming right out of the cone of the volcano. I read another review that said that the painting was cheap. It’s not a picasso, it’s a aquarium toy. I like it in my 10 gallon tank. I think it would be too small to put in my 65 gallon. The lights have lasted for at least 3 months still changing colors every couple of seconds. At night the lights light up the column of bubbles.

Looks even better with lights off. suction cups hold air stone in place. I have a sandy bottom so I suctioned it to a baseball card holder and stuck that under and it worked great. I was hoping the color changing light had a setting to change it to a stationary color but it changes colors every few seconds and is pretty sweet looking either way.
Some of the reviews I read were complaining about the light not being bright enough but I think it’s just fine. If you want it brighter then build the base up under it so it’s closer to the top of the volcano and your good. I was going to do that but I tested it first and thought it looks great so no need to.

I have been using this for about 4 months now and I’m still loving it. It runs non stop and has been doing so since purchasing it and it hasn’t degraded in performance one bit.
Set up is easy but you do need to purchase your own pump.
It comes with an air stone with a red LED light in the center. To install it you simply attach an air tube to the pump then attach it to the stone. Put the stone at the a bottom of your aquarium then put the Volcano over it.
The Volcano portion looks nice and doesn’t look cheap. I think it looks even better in person than it does in the product description picture. Also, the bubble stream is very high powered and great for larger tanks. I purchased a second one for a backup because I like it so much.
