Die Lieferung erfolgte in 3 grossen, echt schweren Kartons, die Amazon typisch schnell da waren, vom Postboten aber einfach auf die Terrasse gestellt wurden, obwohl wir zu Hause waren. Naja, halt schwere Kisten. Alles war gut verpackt, wenig Styropor, eher Pappe. Fand ich gut. Zunächst: Insgesamt sehr schönes kräftiges Blau, schwere, sehr robust wirkende Ausführung, jedes Teil sieht etwas anders aus, die Müslischalen sind wirklich groß und können als Suppenteller-Ersatz genutzt werden. Wir haben direkt Suppenteller extra bestellt, hätte erstmal warten sollen. Die Tassen sehen aussen eher langweilig aus, da nur innen das Bubblemuster ist. Schade, ein Bubblestreifen oben am Rand oder so, das wäre mal ein Tipp an den Designer. Die Sachen sehen ansonsten aber sehr wertig und schick aus, stehen auch gerade auf dem Tisch, nichts wackelt und die Teller sind gut stapelbar, da die Grössen gleich sind. Das ist ja nicht immer bei Steingut so symmetrisch. Jetzt ein Aber: Beim Auspacken fiel dann auf, das nur 8 der 12 bestellten Dessertteller in den Kisten waren und 4 davon deutlich hellere Farben hatten, mit Wachstift ein “B” draufstand und Fehler am Rand und in der Rückbeschichtung aufwiesen. (K)ein Schelm wer da ans Unterjubeln von B-Ware denkt….Eine Tasse hat auch aussen einen Defekt, unschön. Die Tassen sind übrigens auch recht gross. Geschmackssache. Die Unterseiten sind matt schwarz, der Aufstellrand völlig unbeschichtet. Da klebt tw.noch so Ton dran und es gibt Kratzer, es ist tw auch scharfkantig rauh, da müssen wir mit Schleifpapier ran. Sonst befürchte ich, das Tisch und Teller (beim übereinander stapeln) zerkratzt werden könnten. Geht aber zu beheben und das ist der Preisunterschied zu den teureren Herstellern, denke ich mal.
Bei den extra bestellten Suppentellern waren 4xblau und 8xgrün bei bestellten 12 blauen Tellern in der Lieferung. Da war erstmal Frust angesagt. Kontakt zum Händler war dann allerdings unproblematisch über Amazon, schnelle Rückmeldung des Händlers und nachdem ich zig Fotos von allem und gefühlt jedem Karton gemacht habe kamen jetzt nicht nur die fehlenden 4 sondern 4 weitere Dessertteller um die B-Ware zu ersetzen und 8 neue, diesmal blaue Suppenteller. Die 8 Grünen konnten wir behalten. Dafür haben wir auf den Ersatz der Tasse verzichtet. Die werden wir eh nie alle einsetzen und die sind nicht so ganz unser Geschmack. Kundenservice war also völlig korrekt, kann man nicht meckern.
Über die Haltbarkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen. Die ersten Runden im Geschirrspüler liefen unproblematisch, der gedeckte Tisch sieht wirklich sehr edel mit dem Geschirr aus.

The first set that was received had one of the bowls damaged. The replacement came is soon after. I really love this set!!! The black bottom with the glazed stoneware one top…chefs kiss. I would recommend this set to anyone that is looking to downsize and have an actual set. Yes, microwave safe.

It is a quality 4-piece set. My only complaint is the bowls seem wide and shallow to others I’ve purchased. Just a personal preference I guess. Otherwise a good quality set for the price. Recommend

The set looks better in person than it does online. The plates are a bit smaller than our current plates, but that’s OK, there’s still plenty of room.

The dishes were beautiful. One of the smaller ones had a disruption in the pattern. They did not have a replacement plate, and I was refunded $15. Then one of the dinner plates had a chip after being placed carefully in the dishwasher. Again, sane pattern not available. Received 4 pretty replacement plates, had a choice, they were easy to work with.

We mixed three color sets to be our everyday dishes to survive microwave and and dishwasher. So far they have done well. There 2 pieces out of 12 settings that had a pinhole where the glaze did not cover. All arrived packed well and unbroken. Color was reasonably consistent although the pattern doesn’t exactly match the vividness of the pictures.
