Ash –
I bought this for my cats since I ran out of their vitamins not too long so i decided to give these a try, i was honestly disappointed with my purchase since they are not chewable at all
Jose Carlos Astiazaran –

Cat won’t touch it, or any food it is hidden in. Maybe it is just my fussy cat!

My old, grumpy cat loves these so much that he reminds me when I forget to give them to him!

I purchased a few packages of these chews for my almost 13-year-old cat. While she’s in tip-top shape for her age, I would prefer to take a more preventive or precautionary approach toward her physical and mental health rather than wait until something happens to take action. I want her to feel good, she means everything to me.
The Multivitamin pack was 1 of 3 packages I bought. The others were Composure and Furballs. My little 4-legged friend has a longstanding history of anxiety, which manifests as constant licking and nibbling on tufts of fur. These tufts magically reappear as hairballs on my carpet. Because she has hairballs so frequently, I wasn’t sure if she was losing important vitamins and minerals as a result of upchucking. I purchased the Multivitamin pack for that specific reason, and the Composure pack to potentially help her get to a place where she would stop eating her fur. The Furball pack was a last resort.
I actually gave her 1 Composure chew first. Poor thing could barely keep her head up, and she had a little difficulty walking. While the Composure chew did indeed calm her down considerably, a bit too much IMHO, the side effects she experienced were unpleasant. She must have thrown up at least 6 or 7 times that night, and that is atypical for her. A few days later I gave her 1 Multivitamin chew, hoping that her reaction to the Composure chew would be an isolated event. Wishful thinking. Similar to her experience with Composure, she was quite ill. I felt absolutely horrible, it took her a couple days to start eating again. I feel like her appetite has decreased overall, but her mood has improved and she looks to be in better spirits.
As a result of my cat’s experience with these chews, I rated this product 2 stars. It’s difficult to review something based on the subjective experience of a cat, but I’m pretty sure she didn’t like throwing up all night. While the chews may live up to their specifications, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages in this case. That said, not all cats will have the same reaction, but, as pet owners, it’s important to be aware of how certain things may effect them since they can’t tell us when they hurt.

Update: Revising my review. I think my cat had fur mites. Not fleas but burrowing mites/chewing lice that were driving him nuts and making him sick. I didn’t know because he’s my first cat and I saw no fleas (which is the only thing I knew that could cause his symptoms other than an allergy). He is mostly indoors but I have a large lot with a screen of trees in the front where he loves to play. I now suspect he got burrowing mites (that we call red bugs down south) from laying in pine straw and leaves. I’ve gotten red bugs from sitting in pine straw before and I know what that non-stop burning and itching feels like. I think he was vomiting from nervousness and fatigue. Within 24 hours of administering PetArmor Plus, his symptoms stopped. The other drops I was putting on him were flea and tick only. PetArmor Plus (which I found in Walmart) contains the same active ingredients as Frontline plus but is cheaper and kills fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae, ticks and chewing lice. So I came back to update my review. I don’t want to unfairly ding these guys for my oversight. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that Jack no longer likes the taste of these. I used to be able to give it to him with his Pet Honesty Hairball treats and he chew it right up. Now I’m having to work hard to hide them in food or treats and even then, he will sometimes sus it out and leave it or spit it out.
Original review: I got these 11/29. I started to notice he had more itching and overgrooming than ever before. He’s shedding more than usual. He is mostly white with long hair so he started getting streaks of pink (fresh blood) and brown (dried blood) on his fur but I didn’t realized it could be these vitamins. Now it is 12/20 and he vomited this morning. I feel like a monster for giving him these this long without making the association. This is the only really new thing I have introduced and while I cannot prove it is these, I am going to stop giving him these to see if his condition improves. Other than regular food, he gets Pet Honesty Hairball treats, some of the lickable treats, greenies, and fish oil. He is only a 1.75 years old. He is not overweight (9.5 pounds). No current health problems except this new issue.

I was afraid from reading some of the reviews about how people cats did not like it but I went with my better judgment and brought them anyhow. So when the package came in the mail I was ready to open it and my cats actually love them and I’m happy because they need them.
Ash –
10/10 recommend, I feel like ever since I have been giving this to my feline, she has had more energy than usual with her zoomies that seem to turn more chaotic haha. I have had her for 10 years and she seems like she is only 6 years old! This as been easy for her to eat when I crumble it on top of her food!

Based on the positive reviews, I was looking for a way to support my cat’s overall health and decided to try Vetriscience Nu Senior Multivitamin with lysine. I’m thrilled I did!
Within a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my cat’s energy levels. They’re much more playful and engaged, zooming around the house and batting at toys with renewed enthusiasm. Their coat also looks fantastic – it’s noticeably shinier and softer.
It comes in chewable vitamins that crumble] that my cat gobbles up happily, so the administration is a breeze. I’m confident this vitamin is making a real difference in my cat’s health, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-quality supplement for their feline companion.
Susan Hall –
My 2 cats wouldn’t go near these! I even placed one on the floor to see if they would eat it! They both tried to bury it as if they were covering their feces! Make note! It is not returnable – even if unopened!
What a scam!

This is only the second day I’ve given these to my cat but he loves them. I give them whole and he chews them easily. Well maybe I should say he inhales them. My vet highly recommended these for my cat. He is a senior and has kidney disease. He is on several medications which he hates, so I wasn’t sure how giving him the vitamins would go but he is very willing. I will try to post an update within a month or so.

For context, my 8 year old cat is a picky eater. She is also lazy and will only play while he’s laying down. She’ll eat the occasional treat and wet food, but doesn’t really get excited and doesn’t really go out of her way to ask for any. She’s also very picky with her dry food and will nudge around kibble that she doesn’t like in her bowl to get at the one she does like (we give her a mix). That being said, she has been loving these vitamins since day 1. She’s been eating one daily for over a month now, and I can visibly see her change in energy and mood. A lot more vocal, energetic, and willing to run around the house and play. 10/10 satisfied!
