Since my 50″ monitor is under the 22lb weight limit, I decided to give this arm a shot. Nobody seems to make an arm for something as big as a 50-inch even if they don’t actually weigh that much.
So what happened? The arm CAN support that weight and size. The manufacturer did a great job on the materials and it assembles very easily. For a regular monitor, this arm should work great.
But the clamp design is not exactly sturdy enough for my bigger screen that exceeds the intended use. Clamped to the table top alone, the pole had a serious and unsafe lean to it. I ended up reinforcing my table with three layers of plywood secured with lag bolts right through the table top. Between the layers of plywood is the table top and a steel beam that the table top sits on. So this is a ridiculously strong base. With that in place, the arm does hold the monitor in the fully retracted position. Extended, there is way too much leverage and the arm starts to lean. So don’t do that. It needs to stay totally retracted to the pole.
To fit my monitor, I had to get VESA extension wings and those worked fine. This provides the solution I am going to use: angle irons bolted to the wings and running down to the table. I have room to do this. The angle irons will take up most of the weight and let the arm stay vertical and let me move it around. So it will be a three-legged mount instead of one. Eh. It will work fine for me until I come up with something better.
Very tempted to drill holes in the clamp base and lag bolt that to the table. Nothing is going to beat that except welding it.

You can buy cheaper items than this but the arms sag. This is solid as a rock. My only caveat is that if you should want to return it because you have changed your mind you will end up paying the postage back to the States!
Also note that the pole on these items has a larger diameter than some other makes so beware if you are adding extra arms etc.

Originally, I didn’t expect much of this product because of its price. I just needed 2 straight monitor stands to support 2 LG 24″ monitors. The stands arrived withing 2 days and the weight of the package was heavier than I expected. On opening the boxes, I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the material and the packaging accessories. Construction was easy. A definite MUST if you are in need of a tall monitor stand.

Trying to arrange multiple monitors on a single desk is usually never an easy task, even less so when your desk is against a wall, in a cove, and/or just has limited space in general. When I made the transition from YT content creation to live streaming, I felt a need for a third monitor… as I already had two monitors (side by side) on a dual-monitor desk mount, but I had no more room to expand (horizontally)… I could only go UP!
After searching through all the monitor stands over and over again, I ultimately decided on this WALI “Extra Tall” mount, and I’m glad I did!
Not only is it more sturdy than the dual monitor mount I had already owned (even with just one monitor on it), but this one is much TALLER, has a considerably longer arm, and I don’t have to tighten down all the bolts once I get the monitor in the position/orientation I want it to be in… like I do with the dual monitor mount. That one, I have to loosen the bolts, move the monitor, then tighten the bolts… otherwise it sags, tilts, rotates… etc etc. The WALI mount though, yeah… it holds the monitor exactly where & how I want it!
Currently it is only holding an older 27″ Acer monitor, which also happens to be an ‘nVidia 3D Vision” monitor… which were exceptionally heavy monitors for their size! The arm is secured near the very top of the pole in order to have that monitor above my primary larger 32″ monitor, and is slightly tilted down/at me.
It doesn’t wobble, it doesn’t drift, the arm articulates easily enough, and it doesn’t even sag when I extend the arm outward all the way!
It simply does what it’s meant to, and it does it well enough that I’m replacing my dual-monitor stand with another two of these. (They don’t sell the arms separately, so I have to buy 2 additional mount kits in their entirety. I plan on using just the arm from one of them to add to the pole I already have mounted, and then I’ll use the 3rd kit in it’s entirety for the 3rd monitor.)
Why do this if I already have my 3 monitors mounted to my desk?
One, the WALI mount is much more sturdy! Two, the WALI arms are almost twice the length of the arms on the dual mount I currently own. Three… again, I don’t have to mess with the bolts every single time I want to make even a tiny adjustment!
The WALI mount is just… better in every way! Sturdier, longer, easier to adjust, and less pricey!

I was a little worried about buying this. my fear was gone as soon as i opened the box. the materials they used far surpassed my expectations. the used real metal. like good quality and it has some wight to it. and each joint has an allen key to tighten it up so it will stay in place. not something you can ware out in time like some of the others that you cant tighten up. I bought this so i could add a 4th monitor for streaming and now plan on buying four more arms to add my other 3 27″ monitors to. thats the other thing is it is moduler. i can add to the one mounting post that i already have so it basically whatever you can possible need you can add. and the options i have found so far means the sky is the limit. my only complaint is i have yet to find a car floor mount that they make. so if they made something like the ram floor mounts and with their system id be in heaven. so if someone from the company reads this reach out if you do make something like that and i only over looked it..
