I was hesitant to purchase this laundry cart. I am 100% glad I did. It exceeded my expectations by far. The basket is bigger than I expected. The entire structure is heavy duty for a laundry cart. The wheels were big and made of high quality materials. The wheels glide very smoothly. There are two locking wheels. The assembly for this product was very easy, I put it together by myself on the box it came in. I made sure to put the wheels on last. All you need is a phillips head and a flat head screwdriver. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this product. I highly recommend it, the quality far exceeds the price. It is worth every penny. I will be ordering another one. I have a bad back and cannot lift heavy laundry baskets and having two would be great so there is one to use for dirty laundry and one to sit and fold clean laundry. This cart has made doing laundry 100x better.

I bought this for my mom as a regular laundry basket. Obviously, I didn’t read the dimensions correctly. It’s super sturdy, holds a lot of clothes, and rolls over anything. If you have the space, I highly recommend.

This laundry cart is MUCH sturdier than the two I previously owned. There are two pretty significant things that I do not like about it:
1. The pipes that hold the clothes rack are bent too far to one side instead of being centered over the cart, making the cart top heavy on one side when clothes are hung on the rack. You also have to be careful when maneuvering the cart to keep the rack from scraping up against the wall because it is not centered.
2. The divided clothing bag is held together with small velcro tabs that do not hold in place. A better design would have been industrial strength snaps or simply have them sewn in place. Also, knit clothing such as sweaters, get snagged on the velcro tabs. I have ruined two nice sweaters on those tabs and now I have to be careful to not put any delicate clothing, knits, or lace into the cart. This defeats the purpose of the laundry cart.
These two things need to be considered in a redesign by this company. If you don’t mind banged up walls, a cart that could (has) tipped over from being top heavy on one side, snagged clothing, or having to use a separate basket for delicates, knits, and lace clothing, then this is a great cart. It is easy to assemble with all the tools included to get the job done.
Note: if you know someone who can bend the pipes out to be a bit straighter and someone with a seam ripper and an industrial sewing machine, then this cart will be wonderful for you!
To Whitmor product developers: please contact me when you have completed the redesign and put out a better product. Until then, I need to find a pipe fitter and seamstress!

I was looking for a good rolling cart to hold laundry supplies, and also needed a way to hang up clothes while doing the laundry, because I don’t have an actual laundry room anymore, just a closet for the washer/dryer. I can’t tell you how happy I am that chose this cart. There is plenty of room in the basket to hold all my supplies, a good sized hanging bar, and even a shelf underneath. I just tuck it into the corner of the office and wheel it in and out at need. It is sturdy, rolls easily, and I can see getting years of use out of it. The price was very reasonable, in my opinion. No wonder the reviews were better than a lot of more expensive ones I looked at. Also, most of the others sounded like a nightmare to put together, speaking of which…
Regarding Assembly:
I’d like to give this cart a BONUS STAR for assembly. The instructions are sketchy, mostly pictures, but sufficient because the cart was really easy to put together. All I needed was a Philips screwdriver and it seriously only took about 10 minutes, no exaggeration. Honestly it was a cake-walk compared to some “easy assembly” stuff I’ve has the displeasure of putting together. I was all ready for an arduous process on this one but *boom* a few minutes and I was done. I was thrilled, I tell you. I did have a little help from someone holding bars steady while I put in screws, which might have made it slightly easier, but I could have done it completely alone just fine.
P.S. I am not a big, burly, handy-man saying it was easy, I’m a reasonably handy woman saying it was easy.

I’ve had this in my cart for a while and finally ordered it for my laundry room. It was pretty quick and easy to put together. The instructions are decent but I found out you must put the basket on last because a screw holds the vertical bars together and you can’t add those with the basket already on. The wheels move so easy and are very durable.

This is the best laundry sorter cart currently on the market! I’ve been trying to find this model for a year to upgrade from a similar plastic, much flimsier, version of this. After a year of Wayfair pushing out the restock date, this finally became available on Amazon. I had bought a similar model with a hanger bar which was quite loud rattling when rolling the cart. The divided sections were hung by metal hooks and the laundry bag kept sticking to & lifting out with the clothing. This Whitmor simplistic/minimalist model is very sturdy, and much quieter. Love that the laundry bag is one piece and doesn’t lift off while loading the laundry machine, yet removeable if you need to wash it. The heavy duty wheels are a plus. Totally worth the year-long wait and every penny!

Dieser Wäschesammler steht bei uns unter dem Wäscheschacht im Waschraum zum Auffangen. Damit kehrt Ordnung ein und die Wäsche liegt nicht mehr auf dem Boden herum. Der Sammler ist sehr robust und lässt sich gut hin und her rollen. Steht und rollt stabil.

I replaced some old tall plastic hampers with these and it is just awesome to me how much they will hold. I can wheel them over to the bed to fold clothes if I feel like it without having to ask my husband to carry around “the mountain” of laundry we have every week. Pretty essential item for our family of 6 people +pets. I was able to put it together myself in just a few minutes, too.
Its true that these are household grade hampers and not commercial. They will not survive an apocalyptic event or hold a hotel’s worth of clothes. But compared to what ridiculously flimsy cheap nonsense I could find at bed bath and beyond for similar prices it is enormous and built like a tank.
Just a tip- those generic small square plastic clean laundry baskets will fit right on top of the lip of these things so I can store my baskets nested on/in them or fold from one directly into the other and it works out pretty conveniently.
My only complaint is just how tall they are- you cannot find a table for them to go under. It will have to be custom. The measurements given on amazon didn’t line up with my baskets somehow so the table I bought just to go over these baskets didn’t work. I had to prop up the legs of the table with random stuff. It would be nice if they were a little shorter and wider or squared or something. Just a minor practical design sort of thing though overall they are great for the price and do exactly what I need them to do. They appear to be built to last for the next several years. I think I will get a ton of use out of them.

It has saved me from hauling laundry baskets around the house and is a good height to load the front loader washer and dryer. It fits into my closet and rolls easily out of the way. I love the bar across the top to hang any wet clothes that can not go into the dryer.
