If you’ve ever assembled Chinese box furniture, this is very typical. Pay attention to the pics. There are little dots here and there on the drawings that represent screw holes. Keep these oriented correctly and it’ll go together with no problem. Like some reviews state, the top is a two handed affair to lift. No big deal. It closes nicely and looks like I wanted it to. A cordless drill with a #2 Phillips bit is a big help. Set the clutch of your driver light to medium. It is Chinese MDF after all. Snug up all screws by hand. Well worth the price, to my way of thinking.

I really wasn’t expecting much with this. The price was right so I took a chance. I put it together in about an hour and it’s a solid piece. The function of the lift top makes it so much easier to work on my computer or eat something as I watch the game. The storage is a bonus , I didn’t know I needed it but it allows the room to be less cluttered. Time will tell how durable it is but has held up for the first month just fine

Very good coffee table. This is just what I was looking for. The instructions to assemble the table are not quite clear, but there are not too many parts, therefore it is just intuitive to assemble. Once completed, the table is not too big, but this is exactly what I was looking for since it is replacing another table that it was just too big for my space. Table is sturdy, and it looks nice with the rustic style. No problem lifting and lowering the tabletop. Once the tabletop is up, it keeps there safely with no issues, and it is easier to lower down again. Convenient hidden storage compartment to keep your laptop for example, or whatever you need to store.

Once my mother and I put this table together, we were happy. I love that you can put items in the storage compartment under the top or, on the bottom of the table. My only issue was connecting the lift bars to pegs. I needed someone with uber strength to attach them.

It’s perfect BUT the instructions were d0gsh*! Excuse my language but they were REALLY BAD it took way longer than needed to build it because the instructions weren’t clear. It’s a pretty cheap table even the parts to put it together were cheap but I’ve had it for 5ish months now and it hasn’t shown any wear or tear. We use it everyday, eat, draw, color, you name it, it’s our centerpiece at the moment. It’s serving us well. Even the inside compartment holds a ton stuff! It’s a great table if you can get through building it😂

Fairly easy to assemble. Neat concept to have the top part lift up. It’s a semi shiny black and easy to clean.

The assembly was a bit of a pain when you get to the part of installing the hardware for the lid, but it opens very smoothly and looks nice as a coffee table. The storage is only a few inches deep so you can’t store much, but it would be good for keeping things like gaming controllers or other odds and ends. You could probably fit a pillow and blanket for guests crashing on the couch. I use it to keep entertaining items like disposable cups and smores supplies for the fire pit that we only need to access occasionally. Bottom shelf is enough for a few shallow baskets to fit or for things like games and books/magazines.

It’s an ok table, it’s simple to put together but does take an hour or so. It definitely feels pretty solid and works as advertised. But I will say that it it just isnt worth the price. The material is pretty cheap and it’s incredibly small. The pictures don’t really show just how small it is. I’d have returned for the bigger one but it just isn’t worth paying the money for an upgrade. I also highly advise adding your own hardware to the struts. It takes six screws to lock them in place and it’s made out of particle board so it will wear out and become really loose after a bit of use.
