Worked as advertised with no issues. I only used the CD drive intermittently. However, I did not like it’s position and it seemed flimsy! I haven’t had any problems with it but I fear it is easy to break.
Unfortunately, it came with Windows 10 (and this was included in the description) which is the only other negative with the desktop. Microsoft continues to try to SHOVE THEIR PRODUCTS DOWN YOUR THROAT. I repeatedly have to cancel their products when I open files and replace them with the apps I want to use. Also, MS continually wants to do software upgrades when I’m trying to do real work and their updates interfere. Unfortunately, there are a few MS apps that I REALLY need! That’s the only reason for using Win 10. I do all my other work in Linux and Chrome (Chromebook) – both are more user friendly platforms.
In summary, the hardware is great! The operating system SUCKS!

This PC was refurbished, but works like a champ. It has 32GB of RAM, a 1 TB hard drive, integrated video on system board, 7 USB ports which include several 3.0 USBs. A small footprint, and a HDMI out, lots of features for a price under $300, excellent buy. The only thing, you might want to add is a wifi receiver, but they do provide a small receiver. I just would suggest something with an antenna for longer outreach.

I prefer desktops to laptops and especially to smartphones – large screens and in my case two monitors are very useful. This machine is an upgrade from a Dell Optiplex 7040 that is beginning to behave irregularly. After installing quite a bit of software (for me, Tex/Latex and the statistical software S+ are key), I’m pleased with the performance of this Optiplex 7050, and the price is wonderful. My main criticism is that the supplied keyboard and mouse (not from Dell) are flimsy, but I have better ones on hand.

Muy satisfecho con el desempeño y características del equipo. Solo tomen en cuenta que el CPU es de 7a generación por lo que no cumple con soporte para win 11, tampoco el motherboard acepta cpus de generación posterior. En mi caso no era un requerimiento asi que estoy muy satisfecho con la compra. El equipo trae win 10 listo para instalarse de manera sencilla al iniciarse por primera vez.

A month ago I bought 3 of these to replace office PC’s that were a couple years old. These machines have pretty good specs, 32mb ram and SSD make a huge difference. Much faster, pretty clean OS – not a lot of junk loaded. Normally when support for a version of windows is discontinued MS offers a free upgrade path. I received a message saying that’s not the case with whatever license agreement these PC’s have so I would factor in additional expense to replace the OS. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are worthless, you’ll want to buy something better. Otherwise we’re pleased so far.

Trabaja de maravilla para muchas cosas, tengo más de 5 meses usándola y he probado desde DAWs hasta videojuegos y no le falta nada. Eso si, debes agregar una tarjeta de video y de audio si quieres mejorar las experiencias.

First I will say the PC itself works as I expected, after the add-ons were replaced. I bought it for basic functions for running basic word documents, spreadsheets, and paying bills etc. and am pleased with it. Takes an extra second or two to open a second spreadsheet, but I am okay with that. However, this is advertised as WiFi and Bluetooth. These features are not internal but done with USB adapters. The WiFi adapter they sent me was VERY slow, when it worked at all, making the PC appear very bad. My router is about 20 feet from this computer and my work computer, TV’s, and everything else works just fine on fiber optic internet. I connected an Ethernet cable straight into the PC and it is like a different machine, opening web pages very fast. Second, the Bluetooth adapter they sent would not transmit past my monitors 3 feet from the PC. I literally had to hold my headset behind the monitor to get it to connect and it would loose connection when I sat down. Total junk. I ordered a $12 Bluetooth adapter and I can go to the next room. Third, the power cable they sent me did not hold into the plug on the PC very well and if you moved the tower, it would loose connection and shutdown. I have multiple power cords and simply replaced it and the issue is solved.
In conclusion, for the money the PC is great and does what I want it to but only after I made the upgrades to the accessories. If they would send a decent quality WiFi adapter and Bluetooth adapter I would have given it 5 stars. The plug I don’t see as a regular issue, but unless they upgrade the adapters they send you, plan on ordering those for yourself.

Llegó con evidencia de golpes, no se si de antes o después de haberla reacondicionado.
Funcionó como 5 min, luego se apagó y no funcionó mas. Me parece que el sistema de enfriamiento no estaba funcionando, por eso se apagó.
Cuando reacondicionan un producto, deberían revisarlo para asegurar que realmente funciona.
El proceso de devolución funcionó muy bien.

Everything works great except the wireless network adapter that came with it. It quit after a day or two.
I had to order a replacement with higher specs. The computer looks brand new and came well packaged.

Lets start with the Cons:
1. no Wifi built in, comes with a USB wifi adapter which I never used
2. no discrete video card, so don’t expect this to be a graphics gaming PC
3. low quality keyboard and mouse but that is an easy fix
Now the Pros:
1. the price
2. the one I got was very well refurbished. Very clean, no dust, no scratches
3. hardware is very good (i7, 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD)
4. quite power supply and fan
5. if you have ethernet available, plug this in and its going to be a better experience then wifi
In my case I purchased this for my son who is in middle school. He only needs a web browser as everything he does is cloud based. After activating Windows I removed that SSD and put in another and installed Linux Mint with zero issues. All the drivers were found. No regrets on this purchase. I fully expect this to get him through high school.
I ordered 125 of these, received 5, called and stated I was missing 120 report covers, replaced the order, received 5 report covers. Here’s to hoping a 3rd time is the lucky one! –
My work computer crashed and had to order another one. This one was rebuilt and had really good ratings and interior hardware. I have had it for a few months now and it has been fantastic. Runs quickly and is able to support all the programs I have to use for Office work and Bookkeeping. Easily connects to the wifi and printers and has so many slots for USB’s.
