Just a basic 5 port switch that is well made and, thus far, seems to work well. There is no loss when comparing internet speeds of Cat 6 cables connected to switch and to those directly from router.
Patricio Rossi –
The device is small and fits perfectly in the cable hole in the back of my desktop.
Works as expected and speed is correct, great product.
Stefano –
Dawn Johnson –
this is cheap switch and worked fairely well
perhaps a good buy but prefer t wait and see
buy it if you need small switch
wills_dad –
described as a small unmanaged switch supporting gigabit transerfers – and that is exactly what it seems to be!
compact – fanless – easy to add as an extension to a network.
Matthew Adkins –
My 5 star rating is based solely on the the fact that this little switch works for small offices and things like that – the things it is sold for. I generally wouldn’t use TP-Link in an enterprise environment.
Simply put this little switch works. If the owner of your company is cheap and doesn’t stock items or takes weeks to order for clients you find yourself buying a lot of stuff and keeping it in your car. I’m not buying Cisco or Netgear out of my wallet so I bought the cheapest switches I could stomach. And these worked well. Surprisingly well. I’ve probably put 10 or so out there without any issues. So if you’re trying to find the best of the Chinese junk being sold on Amazon and are on a tight budget get this. Otherwise, look at TrendNet or Netgear.

I love using these cheap TP-Link switches for entertainment centers, as 5 ports is plenty for a TV, game console(s) and maybe a computer. This one was purchased so that my roommate could plug in her TV, gaming computer, and consoles, and it works great. It’s small, easy to hide, and can even be mounted on a wall.

Piccolo compatto semplice all’uso
Josh –
Excellent choice for a simple switch. It’s made out of a metal construction and feels very sturdy (not cheap plastic). With this, I’ve been able to give ethernet access to my TV, AVR, Wi-Fi extender, and gaming consoles seamlessly. Look nowhere else!
Gabriel –
It’s good. Just plug and play. Works right out of the box.
Quirino –
Piccolo e finzionale
Adriano –
Piccolo, robusto e funzionale. Per una piccola rete home direi che é perfetto.
