I was disappointed with this mini computer and ended up returning it. I can’t comment on its functionality because I couldn’t test it, despite having multiple cables and monitors available. The absence of an HDMI port is baffling, and I failed to notice this before purchasing (my mistake). Additionally, the requirement to use a USB drive for WiFi connectivity was not clearly mentioned in the product description, which was an unpleasant surprise.
While the price is certainly attractive, I’ve decided to spend a bit more for a more modern device with built-in WiFi, HDMI ports, USB-C ports, and other contemporary features.

It works really well. It came with a great keyboard and Wi-Fi dongle but a gimpy mouse. I love it. It runs fast and works well. I appreciate how eco friendly it is and it came with a lot of memory. I’d buy it again.

This budget-friendly computer has exceeded my expectations in every way.」 I couldn’t agree more. The cost is 20% compared to the one I purchased 4 years ago. But this one has 32 g memory. It’s significantly faster than my old one. I connect it to my 43 inch 4K TV. It looks stunning. It comes with everything. I did not expect the keyboard, mouse, and wireless antenna. Even a video adapter for HDMI. So considerate. The only thing I don’t like is it gets very hot. I’m buying a cooling fan pad. I’ll keep using it until the return window. If it’s still working well, I’ll keep it.

The PC was easy to install, but shortly after installation it would randomly shut off for no reason. Upon reboot, I would get an error about some .exe path error. There were no instructions on how to correct the error, so I attempted to restore the PC back to factory settings. After resetting the PC I now cannot log in and it will not let me do anything. So…. I’m returning for an exchange in the hopes that a replacement will work better.
Edit: I received a replacement PC within a few days of returning the first one. Everything is working as it should. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I’m very pleased with the processing speed and adaptation to all the peripherals I have connected to it. Thank you for the expedient replacement process. I’ve upgraded from 1 star to 4.

I love this Thinkcentre mini computer! I had one as a teacher in my classroom (now retired). At home I needed to replace my old slow tower HP Pavilion with windows 7. This compact size computer is so convenient yet fast and effective with plenty of USB ports. Super quiet, was easy to hook up and get started. I highly recommend this small but mighty computer. I like to work at my desk with a large screen, so laptops aren’t as convenient. If you need a big screen but don’t want to take up space with a big tower, this is your answer!
