The computer is not the issue, it’s what Microsoft tries to push on you. There are features that if you were networked with other computers, would be helpful; but I’m not, and I don’t want them. That doesn’t prevent them from continuing to try to get you to set them up. This is the second HP computer that I’ve had to deal with this issue. I also don’t like the fact that you buy computers with all this storage space, only to have Microsoft choose to store everything in the cloud.

I’ve always owned either a desktop or laptop computer – until now. This all-in-one computer is beautiful. I hardly ever transported my laptop anywhere – usually just used in on my computer table at home. So the fact this wouldn’t be easy to lug around is no problem.
I purchased this 27-inch screen and I LOVE it! You Tube videos are fantastic to watch on this big screen, as well as movies on Amazon Prime or Netflix. The screen is crystal sharp! Another thing that I love: the VOLUME that comes out of this unit is top notch. In the past, all my laptops’s volumes were not enough sometimes to hear videos (esp many YouTube videos). I’d have to use external speakers or plug in a headphone to hear what was being said. NOW, I often turn the volume DOWN, and never have to put it at max volume like I did with other computers. Finally!
This model is not a touch-screen. I didn’t want one. I prefer to use a keyboard and mouse. The camera on top of the screen works very nice. The only issue there is I can’t tilt it very much up and down (I’d probably have to get a separate camera if I find I need to move it around often). But you can move the screen side to side easily. The screen is sturdy and a bit heavy (but not unbearably so), but I’m not lifting it around anyways.
So, if you need a new laptop for travel, this is not the product for you. It’s not really portable and the screen is certainly too big for that. But if you’re looking at getting a unit to be put in place and stay there, this computer is excellent. No issues so far at all with it. Plenty of memory, easy to operate, beautiful sharp clear images. excellent speakers. I paid more for the big screen, but I’m so happy I did. All-in-One computers are the way to go for me!
