If we consider the 100m race as a sport with the Olympics marking its pinnacle, and view football leagues with the Superbowl as their climax, then envisioning a competition for the most poorly designed product for assembly would not be over without nominating this Vivo product. As an engineer who has extensively utilized Vivo products, including standing desks, monitor mounts, and various other items, I’ve always held the belief that Vivo produces items that are effortlessly assembled, even by novices. However, my recent experience with a particular product has shattered this perception. After three days of struggle, I find myself exhausted. The tools provided are inadequate in size, and aligning the screws with their corresponding holes feels like an endless ordeal. I am not sur there are missing screws. The monitor mount itself is so tedious to mount as per the instructions. The instructional booklet is of little help, exacerbating the situation. I am tempted to return this product, but disassembling the half-finished assembly would entail another week of laborious effort.
Dear Vivo, I kindly request your assistance in reviewing my purchase history to ascertain the numerous products I’ve acquired from your brand. I would greatly appreciate it if you could dispatch an engineer, as a gesture of goodwill, to either complete the assembly of the current product or assist in its disassembly for return. I had the stand together in 35 or. 40 min. It is very well made and very heavy. I am using this stand outside and because of our high winds I have put a50 lb bag of sand on ias a precaution playing it safe.
It is holding a 55 in TV which a lot heavier than the new ones

Not sure what most people were complaining about that gave this product one star as far as instructions and assembly. It was very easy to assemble and the product is well built and heavy duty. Yes they give you a bunch of extra bolts for the various rear tv mounts assemblies that are out there, but they covered all the bases. Less than 10 bolts put the entire item together. Less than 10 minutes to assemble. Very good value for a powder-coated adjustable tv stand.

Overall a decent stand. It’s heavy and fairly sturdy. I needed this stand because we couldn’t put holes in our wall where the TV will be used. The feet of the stand are wide and take up a lot of floor space so be prepared for that. My biggest issue was one of the screw holes was not machine properly and the screw wouldn’t thread at all. I had to find my own screw and thread it myself. It was a vital part and had to be done. Made assembly a big pain. The largest plus of this stand is it raises the TV to a very high viewpoint.

It holds my 43″ TV. Its not wobbly or made out of cheap materials. Its an amazing product for the price. Feels like it’ll last a long time. Can go quite tall too. Would highly recommend.

Well boxed for shipping. Easy to set up and supports a 32″ monitor that fits my needs. The Amizon ad boasted that it would support a 50″ monitor but I think that’s a stretch because of the mounting bracket. If I could make a suggestion, I would prefer this stand with the same pole assembly used on ViVo Desktop stands and the pole assembly being able to support a standard ViVo monitor (or dual monitor) attachment. I am very happy with what I bought but it could be made slightly better.
