I don’t know about blending power, flavor or if it is easy to clean. I followed installation instruction step by step and during the process discovered that machine heavily leaks the water. Before I realized most of the water tank was all over the countertop and the kitchen. Little leaflet informed me that the machine was thoroughly tested before shipping, good to know.
Whether it is a quality control issue or product quality in general, the damage was done, I don’t believe Jura (ENA4) coffee machine is a good investment and I will spend my $1000 on other brand.

The coffee is great with this machine. I previously owned a Jura Ena 8 so it is taking a little getting used to the differences. I knew when I bought this that I was getting a coffe machine. No lattes or cappuccino’s like my other machine. I was ok with that. But you can’t put a taller coffee cup in this machine. I don’t like that. Still makes great coffee but a little inconvenient if you make a larger coffee.

Consistently and predictably, this machine pumps out espresso shots each and every day. It does one thing. It does it well. I cannot make lattes or other drinks, so only make espresso and it’s great.
I have owned lot of kitchen appliances in in my day, some never make it out of the box. This Jura is the hardest worker in my household and the second greatest machine I have ever purchased.
The greatest machine I ever purchased was a $45 Mr. Coffee espresso machine. I used that thing for 10 years and it kept steaming like the first day I bought it.
The Jura has run strong for 3 months now. It requires maintenance – filters & tablets, which is expensive. I doubt it will last 10 years, but I figure it’s built to last 3-5.
If you’ve got $800 to blow on an espresso machine that does one thing really well, I can’t imagine a better machine.
I would like to have a bigger water receptacle and more compact design, but it’s amazing the way it is.

The Jura has leaked all over my counter from the time I received it. I don’t know if it was sent this way, or was damaged in the shipping. But I have had no satisfaction from Jura–have called them multiple times, leaving messages that are never returned. (I did reach a tech when I first received the machine in Dec. 2021, who helped me with the setting up. I didn’t immediately notice the leaking.)
The quality of the coffee is just so-so. I don’t understand it–others I know with Juras make stellar coffee. I have made all the necessary adjustments with grinds and strengths. I have tried many types of coffee. Ultimately, I have settled on an espresso bean from Italy that produces a great crema. But the espresso from this Jura is mediocre. It IS convenient to just push a button and have the beans ground, etc. But that’s about it. It is NOT convenient to have to remove and empty the reservoir after every cup, to prevent my counter from becoming soaked.
A waste of $950.

love the taste of the coffee this machine produces. big fan. but, i have had consistent leak issues since about the second week of owning this Jura. I have followed videos regarding o-ring repair. but i think this may be in the pump system, which is out of my league. just shouldn’t have to ship this somewhere to get fixed within a couple of months of owning it. IF you consider buying this machine, I suggest purchase direct from Jura so they can’t tap dance around warranty due to buy through Amazon. And don’t get me started on the inept wifi connection, which has never worked.

This machine is the best, i had a Breveille but it was too much work and i could never get the espresso quite right, plus i also wanted to have a regular long coffee with my espresso..after that i got a Nespresso machine, really didn’t like any of the flavors..my favorite coffee is Ilys and i decided time to try something that quick, gives you fresh coffee and is convenient with no guessing.
I got the Ena 4 because it has all the features you need at a great price, espresso, double espresso, Long Coffee + you can buy any frother to make the milk..i use my Nespresso frother for that. The Ena 4 is very simple and easy to use, no mess, no fuss..and a perfect espresso or cup of coffee every day!

The machine is very finicky. The beans get stuck in the grinder at least once a week. The result coffee is very poor compared to my older Jura machine. Very disappointed.
