The card performs very well. On 3440×1440 and ultra settings I`m getting +200fps in doom eternal (64C), +200fps in battlefield 5 (63C), 90-120fps for battlefield 2042, +80fps in assasins creed valhalla, 100fps in dying light 2, around 65-100fps in red dead redemption 2. This with the highest temperature I got was 73C (probably BF2042), using the AMD adrenalin settings as follows: power limit 15%, min frequency 2365mhz, max frequency 2499mhz, voltage 1090mv, max vram frequency 2114. Fans received an extra 8% for each temperature that is pretty much default but starting from 50C. The recommended 100mhz between the min and max frequency didn’t work out for me, it was kind of chocking the card. 135mhz difference works just right. On default settings, it was reaching 90C ish, which is still not too bad, if some beefy overclocking needed later, but some extra cooling is recommended for maxing out the card, even though it is the merc 319. It is a big card, I think it only fits in an atx case, also it is heavy, a gpu support bracket is a must.

Impresionante desempeño en raster. Incluso más alto que una 3090. Con RTX en algunos juegos de sienta un poco pero es muy bueno el desempeño.

Bought this 6900xt GPU to pair with a 5700x for my son’s PC and right out of the box it does run warm like most people say in pretty much any AMD review. Download Adrenaline software, undervolt by 5, tweak your clock speeds (plenty of youtube videos) and this card doesn’t disappoint. (SAM is enabled) It actually gained frames and quality, and now in 1440 maxed ultra everything in COD MW1 for example it can get upwards of 200fps, overall gpu temp averages mid to high 50’s, hot spot stays right at 70-72.

For some reason I’ve found AMD graphics cards pretty much have to be tweaked out of the box to get them where you want them vs. Nvidia being beastly right in first startup. For the lower cost though, sometimes almost half of it’s Nvidia counterpart, tweaking these AMD cards is not hard and can have you a legit gaming PC for a lot less money.

Anything with fans for cooling is going to make noise. My son and I game with our headphones and honestly even when he’s just playing random games with the speaker set up we can’t tell if they are loud or not. I have no complaints.

Good card if you can pick it up at a decent price but good luck with that. Out of box the settings are pretty bad imo. The fan curve is awful, they do it to reduce noise but if you push the card it will lower performance.

This is a beast of a GPU, both in size and performance. I would definitely recommend getting a bolster or support beam of some sort along with it when ordering. You’re not going to want to run it without one.

It runs games insanely well. 16 GB of VRAM means you can run ultra textures in modern games pretty easily.

It runs suprisingly cool if your case has adequate airflow. The fans and gargantuan heatsink do an excellent job. You will need to adjust your fan curve a bit higher on demanding games, and the fans can be pretty loud, but that’s too be expected when you’re drawing so many watts.

There’s also some decently noticeable coil whine once you start really drawing some watts in demanding titles. With an enclosed case, I generally tune it out after a couple minutes and forget about it, so it’s not super loud. But it is there, if that bothers you. I can’t really be too mad about it though, as many GPUs these days at this level of performance have issues with coil whine too. It’s a lot of energy to handle.

All in all, I’d recommend it for sure, if you can snatch it for $900 or lower, like I did. Especially now that it’s at $800 at the time of writing this. Just beware that it can be on the louder end once you start pushing it. But most cards will be the same, honestly. I’m enjoying it.

Product was as described, serials matched and the card is working absolutely fine, but there is an audible coil whine under load and the fans are bit loud under load but you can fix this by doing custom fan curve.

This card so far is great, aesthetically pleasing, fast and full of raw power. I would recommend using a PCI arm bracket for a bit of support because it’s heavy (heavier than my 5700XT at least). But in terms of power, I can run anything on 4k “Ultra” settings and frames won’t drop from 80-90s. On 1440p it destroys any game. Make sure you have a fast monitor as well!

The only downside I can say is the horrible coil whine noise I have. This card needs a substantial amount of power and anything less than 750W will make the coil noise worse. Make sure you use separate power cables for the power that goes to the card and not a single one that splits in two. It will alleviate coil whine but won’t make it go away. I have burn-tested this card several hours and still the coil is real. So my only critique is noise, other than that, great card and good price too!

This card is very good. It looks great and fans are quiet while keeping the card cool. The only thing bothering me was the coil whine. It was loud at first, but as time went on, the whine slowly lowered in volume. Will edit this if it gets starts to get worse.

So, quite a few things to say about this card.

I was originally at a 6600 and unfortunately had no plans to upgrade due to the market. Until I saw the deal on this. As of writing, others seem to have also gotten the deal, as it’s out of stock.

I got this for $899 (+tax), and based on nearly every other top card out there, and AMD’s own website, I got this for a steal. AMD website lists their own 6900XT for $999.

With the awesome deal from XFX out of the way:

This is a BIG, HEAVY card. I knew from the getgo I’d need a support bracket, which I got. You will probably bend the PCIe port over time without support.
Also, you can see in the picture that this is a long card. Beware of that.

Another thing I wasn’t completely aware of: Depending on your motherboard PCIe slot placement, you can’t put anything directly below the card. I tried doing a dual GPU system with the 6600 and found that the clearance was less than half an inch. This is technically a triple slot card!

A small annoyance as well: after a fair bit of google searching and posts, there doesn’t seem to be a way to control/turn off the lights on the front. I don’t mind but others may.

All in all, I’m supremely happy to have gotten a top 3 card for what appears to be BELOW MSRP. If it ever comes back in stock, definitely get it.

Great card other than a little coil whine from the fans when at max speed. Got mine on Black Friday for $669 which is a good deal considering how much they went up just days after that. I get 160-170 fps 1440p max settings on mw2.

I bought this card knowing full well the Merc XFX series of race on products are top tier in build quality and they usually run the coolest with their amd radon hardware as far as AIB cards go.. just to big for my case and set up and had to return it but seen performance metrics on this specific card and they don’t disappoint! I’m disappointed I couldn’t use it… if you can get it at or below MSRP like I did I’d say go for it even with RDNA 3 around the corner since we all know how hard it is to get any card on launch day these days…

I found this 6900xt for around 150-200 dollars less than ones from other brands, and it has a very sleek and simplistic style with no over the top rgb.
